The receptionists are very unprofessional. They never give you a straight answer. They continuously refer you to a website that is outdated. I spoke with a woman who was supposed to be a manager there for specific classes and she assured me that the classes I wanted would be available in the evening. On the west side it shows that those particular classes for instance chair classes are available in the mornings only. The website also says that they're open on certain days but when you call or show up they're closed. I purchased my dance pass in the middle of January and have yet to be able to take even one class because I work during the morning when all of the classes I want to take our morning classes. And often times on the weekend they close at 4. And the worst part is that you can't even get in contact with anyone, the phones don't work and when they finally do ring you end up with a dial tone that hangs you up.

It seems it would have been a nice studio my son and I were looking forward to beginning a new dance chapter here in ATL and having a new dance family BUT we never got pass the unprofessional disrespectful little girl at the front who made a sorry attempt at greeting us....as I began to ask her questions ......if she were at student there her little teeth sucking self told me "I'm an adult" the child looked no more than 17 if that.....as I tried to address other issues with her I realized I had to leave before my PTSD kicked in and I let loose on that child. With that being said I am recently retired army vet and I value respect and discipline this studio had NONE!! I wish we could just drive 2hrs to our old studio but it's to time consuming be weary of theses disgusting individuals

Very good studio specializing in hip hop and contemporary dance. They also have erotic pole dance classes for adults and a good children's program. I am a student dancer, a budding ballerina, and while I take ballet at a professional ballet school, I also take class at Dance 411 so I can be a more well rounded dancer in other styles. They have excellent instructors here who are also professional dancers, and their master classes rock. It's a plus that it is a diverse school with all different races, ages, genders, and levels. Everyone is encouraging and friendly and also focused. Nice positive energy is a breath of fresh air from more uptight studios I have dances at. I will continue to do my hip hop and contemporary training here. Hopefully i can teach Children's clThanks Dance 411!

The dance studio is nice but the staff is extremely unprofessional. The website is already confusing because you are bombarded with all sorts of unorganized information (not even the manager knew whats going on with the website) and when you call to speak with someone to get clarification you cant ever get anyone on the phone. I finally got someone on the phone and was completely misinformed. Nonetheless I drove all the way to Moreland avenue for my child to attend the 7-9 hip hop class just to be told that she could not perform because the class is too advanced. Upon wasting time going back and forth with the staff, they resolved to let my daughter dance in the "too advanced hip hop class" while still redeeming one of my paid vouchers for 20 minutes of dance versus an hour. On a positive note the dance instructor was very nice and does an awesome job with the children! He gets 5 stars!!:)
