Even the employees are sure to sneak away from work for at least a while and spend some time out playing in good ol' Moab. Do ya blame 'em? Moab is just too much fun not to play at least a little bit.

Spend an afternoon "hanging" with our guides. We have canyoneering trips to Kane Creek as well as Morning Glory Arch. Canyoneering with the guides at High Point Hummer & ATV is an experience that you won't want to miss out on.

Kind, helpful, reasonable - perfect. Walked in on a nice weathered Friday morning inquiring about dirt bike rentals after Moab Tour Company scoffed at our request since they were fresh out. High Point doesn't focus on the bikes as they only had 3 different ones to choose from at the time. They prepped the bikes, shuttled us to Sands Flats, and picked us up after being lost/late for over an hour and a half. Didn't charge extra for the hassles we caused or the broken lever guard.

Great place. Everything went smooth and the machine we rented ran great and was well maintained. I will use High Point again for sure, and also recommend them to everyone I can.

I'm an avid dirt biker and RZR owner as well. I've been to Moab many times with my own equipment, but brought some friends along for this trip. I rented them 2 RZR's from High Point Hummer and had a spectacular experience. The customer service, deep knowledge of technical issues, and friendly service will keep me coming back to High Point if I can convince some more friends to try the slick-rock. I even learned a few more things about how to take care of my RZR's! Thanks for a great experience.

Had a great tour with Tyler. But, After paying $235.00 for a tour .I was unhappy 2 weeks later to get my credit card bill and was charged another $73.00. I called and they said they made a mistake on my original charge, and so charged me extra without my authorization. Very poor business. Great tour guide poor management.

This company does what they advertise; They rent ATV's and give tours. However, their staff is a different story. A company cannot exist long with staff that lie to and cheat their customers. This company doesn't even know their own contract and had the nerve to make up sections of the contract in order to intimidate and scare customers. In addition to lying, they try to frivolously charge customers for repairs (i.e. 1.5 hours to install a new single core radiator @ 75$/hr). This company epitomizes a business model that will not survive. Consider renting for a different ATV company in Moab.

We are sorry your friend crashed and damaged the ATV. We understand that he did not intentionally damage the machine, but the repairs still need to be made. As the rental agreement states, he is required to pay for damages he caused to the vehicle. After learning that your friend was dissatisfied with our assessment of damages we took the ATV to the nearest dealership to get a repair estimate. The assessment they gave us was $681 higher than the assessment we gave your friend. Although the dealer assessment was higher, your friend was only required to be responsible for our lower quote, allowing the machine to be put back to its original condition prior to the accident. Keeping our machines in good condition, like all the machines we rented to your group, allows guests to have a quality and safe experience. We understand that your accident has taken some of the fun out of your adventure, but our goal over the past 16 years in the rental business has always been to give every guest an exceptional experience. For further questions or comments, please contact us directly at 435-259-2972 Thank you, High Point

Service was good but equipment wasn't perfect as you would expect for paying almost $200/day rental for a motorcycle that's worth $2000 tops. I've got problems with the bike on the second day and was quite disappointed. On the other hand I understand mechanical equipment can be fussy sometimes. Complained about it with the manager and she was easy to deal with but only reimbursed $40 instead of half day (or around $150) as she promised.

I have rented from high point on one occasion last year. We rented a 4 passenger rzr. We felt that the service and product was really terrific. I picked up the machine the night before and returned it upon opening the second day if I agreed to wash it and fuel it. That was very fair as I was not charged any extra and my family got to enjoy the machine for a full day of riding. We followed the agreement and suggestions of the staff and we had a great time. I am coming out this year and plan on renting again. The receptionist even helped us find a hotel at the last minute because we were tired of the cabin that we rented for the first part of our trip. Our equipment was in top shape and our safety gear was excellent. I am the king of thrifty deals and trust me I shopped around and found there rates to be the best.

Bad company, good equipment I suppose... After an accident on one of our group's quads we knew that we would lose some of that deposit, but we were able to drive it to the trailer with no problem. When we dropped it off we waited an hour for an appraisal, and they were demanding $900 more dollars in addition to a $500 deposit. An example of what Mike (the manager) tried to charge us for was a radiator that was working fine and was not leaking (it sat on our trailer for hours without leaking any, though he claimed it did), he also demands $75 an hour for rather inefficient labor, like putting on a new tire takes an hour and a half; laughable. We were suspicious so we did some research on the parts they said they needed, and to our surprise we found better prices online with free shipping which the manager was trying to charge us for too. When we asked the secretary about this she got nasty and said our contract states we can pay to have it appraised at three different places, we asked her to show it to us, and she tried, and guess what? It wasn't there; just one of the many bad attempts this company tried to scare us into paying. So she angrily tells us it is the manager's day off (another lie because we saw him at 10 am that day), and that he was dropping off his kid at a daycare and that we have to wait for him. 20-30 minutes later he shows up holding the kid in an attempt to shield himself from what he had to know was coming. Though we tried to work with the manager he said he was unable to send a bill to an address in Colorado, which is absurd. So he calls the police to file a report (after threatening us with a collections agency) and the officer has to explain, perhaps four times that "this is a civil matter that I have no jurisdiction in." The manager and secretary were simply trying to take advantage of college students, and more importantly to attempt to "pad" their insurance payment through us. If you rent from them and do any, even slight damage I imagine these guys will try to take all they can from you.
