Even the employees are sure to sneak away from work for at least a while and spend some time out playing in good ol' Moab. Do ya blame 'em? Moab is just too much fun not to play at least a little bit.

It's just so extremely beautiful here. Moab, Utah has a unique beauty that is hard to find anywhere else. Oh and that rainbow that snuck into the frame was just gorgeous!

Circumstances created a 2 year wait for us to get to Moab for an ATV adventure. When we finally got there we chose High Point.. We definitely made the right choice. The staff at High was absolutely committed to making sure that our experience was not just satisfying but amazing. They accommodated everything necessary to send us home with smile on our face and a great adventure in our memory. Mechanical machines can be unpredictable and have their own set or variables despite excellent maintenance, but when a hiccup happened, Laurie and staff went above and BEYOND to accommodate. Wonderful staff, great customer service, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We rented our RZR's from High Point HUMMER & ATV Tours Moab, Utah. They were amazing. Wonderful folks that really took care us....and when we had a couple of issues with our rigs they went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. They helped make it an amazing trip!

My wife and I setup a 4 hour guided tour for our 20th anniversary. We had a great time! Out guide Patrick was super and took us to several great view points. The machine was great too. We would highly recommend them.

I've rented from High Point several times. The whole team is great, in the office and in the shop. Nick (GM) and his maintenance crew know a LOT about side by sides, suspensions, and off-road racing. Lori is a class act. I rented dirt bikes from a different place in town but the prices weren't any better and the quality/service weren't as good, so now I just stick with High Point. Just wish they had a frequent rental program!

A really exceptional experience. Shopped around the night before, on my cell phone, reading reviews and wringing my hands - we only had one day in Moab and I really wanted the tour we picked to be a fun experience, with no messing around for my brother and I. Went with these guys based on reviews, but also phoning and speaking with a few companies. These guys had the -most- reasonable policy on my brother and I both driving RZRs, and it worked out the lesser of the other companies in terms of cost. Our tour guide was very friendly, helpful, accommodating and fun to be with. He really made the tour an experience, not just a few hours in the desert. Offered to take photos for us, suggested good angles, and more. Would love to take more friends on this tour with these guys, it was great value, the machines were in great shape and it was incredibly fun!!

We had such a fantastic time on our guided ATV trip. Our guide was amazing - was very patient with me as I bombarded him with questions on how to operate an ATV (I had driven one before, but not one where I needed to change the gear), and he provided great little tidbits of information at each stop. I'm not sure on the guide's name (maybe Jeff?) but he had long blond hair and looked early twenties. Anyhow, would definitely recommend this company.

AVOID AT ALL COST. GO ELSEWHERE. DO NOT RENT THE TURBO NO MATTER WHAT. Both back Axle Rods broke on a brand new 1 month old turbo. They told me that the turbo is prone to breakage. But of course everything is my fault and the repairs are astronomical that they charge. I read other reviews where they said the same thing. You have been warned. Everything is great if nothing goes wrong. But they charge you for anything that may go wrong whether it is your fault or simple wear and tear on an outdoor vehicle. They will charge you. With the myriad of choices in town , try to go somewhere else. UPDATE: I cannot make this stuff up. After getting ripped off by the High Point Hummer lady, I was eating an ice cream cone from Crystal's down on the main street and the same Highpoint lady walks by me counting an inch thick of cash and gets into a Porsche Cayenne. They have a great racket going. Prepare to be overcharged.

This company does what they advertise; They rent ATV's and give tours. However, their staff is a different story. A company cannot exist long with staff that lie to and cheat their customers. This company doesn't even know their own contract and had the nerve to make up sections of the contract in order to intimidate and scare customers. In addition to lying, they try to frivolously charge customers for repairs. This company epitomizes a business model that will not survive. Consider renting for a different ATV company in Moab. I neglected to mention that they 'tried' to hold us captive in Moab, eventually calling the police on us with no other payment option other than cash on the spot. The police told them to leave us alone essentially. Why have insurance if it doesn't cover anything; Oh, because that's called insurance fraud if they are accepting monies from the insurance company and customers. They wanted nearly the cost of a brand new ATV for one that was lightly damaged.

Response from the owner - 3 years ago
We are sorry your friend crashed and damaged the ATV. We understand that he did not intentionally damage the machine, but the repairs still need to be made. As the rental agreement states, he is required to pay for damages he caused to the vehicle. After learning that your friend was dissatisfied with our assessment of damages we took the ATV to the nearest dealership to get a repair estimate. The assessment they gave us was $681 higher than the assessment we gave your friend. Although the dealer assessment was higher, your friend was only required to be responsible for our lower quote, allowing the machine to be put back to its original condition prior to the accident. Keeping our machines in good condition, like all the machines we rented to your group, allows guests to have a quality and safe experience. We understand that your accident has taken some of the fun out of your adventure, but our goal over the past 16 years in the rental business has always been to give every guest an exceptional experience. For further questions or comments, please contact us directly at 435-259-2972 Thank you, High Point
