Steeples is situated in a beautiful restored United Church. The hand hewn beams and vaulted ceiling are a marvel to look at and the atmosphere is cozy an intimate.
The food is a collection of unique gourmet dishes that will surprise from the vibrant seasonings and presentations.
Table-side caesar salads, prawns and flambeed desserts are a highlight as well as the 20 foot HD screen displaying a cozy fire in the winter and waterfalls and sunsets in the summer.
Open for Brunch on Sundays at 10:00 and lunch at 11:30

I purchased a groupon to try this restaurant and was astounded by the poor quality for the prices they were asking. I paid extra for a calamari starter and it was abysmal. Zero levels of flavors in the claggy over sweet sauce, you could get better calamari at any juke joint or pub. The pizza was alright, but again, it was hack cook food at top chef fine dining prices. When I gave my honest and private review to the owner through groupon, his response was "Go $#@! Yourself." That's about how much professionalism you can expect from that loser. Stay away and save your money if you don't want to be disappointed.

The server was very rude and unpleasant. Food was OK. We drove an hour to try the restaurant, I have to say it was not worth the time and money.

The old English saying, "Mutton dressed as lamb" just about sums this place up. It's a pretentious hovel. The guy who runs it is a pompous and arrogant fellow who thinks he's some kind of up-market restaurateur, which I can personally attest that he is not. I have received significant attitude in this place whether I am dressed casually or more formally; either that or some silly waiter who kept interrupting us with his half-baked, miss-placed humour. The food is just OK. For being "just OK", it is way too expensive. Period. I've been to this place four or five times over the last seven to eight years. One time I took my in-laws for dinner. My mother-in-law is the nicest person, so when she complains you know it's really awful. She complained...about the attitude, about the food, and about the crappy service. Honestly, why do people get into the restaurant industry if they are just going to be assholes about it? Who does this jerk think he is? I am a resident of this village and WILL NEVER eat at this place again. There are just too many great choices out there to have to put up with high-priced garbage.

Great service once the staff saw us. They need a bell or something. Literally had to walk in the back and say hello. They were all working, so not as bad as if they were just hanging out.

Went to this restaurant on Aug. 07,2010 and this is my families opinion. Over all if you want water they are always there for you. As for coffee or anything else you need to wait this restaurant will have you walking out disapointed. With bad breath from the spread containing way to much garlic. To the steak having the same texture as mushrooms with no flavour at all. They seem to want to be a high class restaurant, but in the end remain hopes and hoop dreams. Please save your money and do not go here If you are not dressed to there standards they will place you outside in the rain with no heat. there is a way better restaurant on the west end of the lake. Called West Arm Grill it is a 5 star restaurant compared to this place.
