Everything is good. I could cut my stake with my fork. Salad bar is always full and tastes awesome. Staff is friendly and the go out of there way for you.

This is a regular lunch spot for my wife and I, we have been here more times that I can count. The salad bar is wonderful and always fresh. We usually get the steak which is delicious but my wife has had the chicken a couple of times and liked it. They have a 2 for $22 deal on Sundays and I think one night through the week but I am not sure. Cattleman's is a great steak and salad at a good price.

TERRIBLE. I can't believe they call it a steak restaurant. No flavor, tuff, over cooked. Worst steak from a restaurant I have had in 20 plus years. Please stay away. Mcdonald's hamburgers would be a better alternative for steak. To put in perspective, my 6 year old says it taste burnt poop.

Party of 7 celebrating a birthday on a busy Saturday night: Excellent! Reservations were made and the occasion was perfect. Our server, Amelia, was very well trained and explained the menu for our first time guests. Drinks, tower of onions, and bread began in a timely manner. The salad bar was very extensive. Each of the guests ordered a different entree and all were served hot and as requested. No complaints from this party. Ice, the manager, made himself visible several times, asking if all was as requested, if he could do anything for us, and congratulated the birthday girl.We all look forward to return visits. The prices were moderate and well worth expense. Cheers! Our entrees were the filet, grilled salmon, chopped steak, 10 oz ribeye, the Saturday special steak and tenders, and beef tender tips. All were delicious!!!

Good food not always the best service especially in the bar area. While you would expect this being in the bar this was unacceptable.

My husband and I went here today. I ordered the 10oz ribeye. This is the most pitiful cut of meat I've ever seen. It's way too thin, overcooked (I ordered medium), and 70% of it is fat. I refuse to work that hard to eat my meal, especially for an $18 steak. Even the potatoes are runny, processed, and flavorless. If you're looking for a good dinner out, please, save your time and money, and go ANYWHERE else.

This is my husband's favorite place to eat. We go there at least twice a month. He swears by the steak and we all love the salad bar!

Stay away from this place. This is the 2nd time, I've been here and the 2nd time they put no spice on my stake and slightly over cooked it. The first time I went, they told me about there special seasoning that makes there stakes better than Texas Road House but when they brought it out, it had no flavor at all. I complained and they sent it back and addess the spice and it was ok. The waiter Steve told me they were training a new guy in kitchen. My wife and I went last night and I told the waiter about my 1st time here and to make sure that they put the seasoning on my stake. Again, after tasting the steak, it was bland with no seasoning on it. I complained and he offered to bring another one but I said no. He then gave me his business card for a free appetizer if I came back.. We'll I left his card on the table because I will not be back. 5 minutes after I left, I started getting pains in stomach and went home to get sick. The best thing about this place is the salad bar. But when your salad bar is better than your steaks, you got a problem.
