I have cystic fibrosis and have just undergone a double lung transplant after being hours away from death. Now I have my life back which i intend to live to the full, thanking my courageous donor every day and continuing to raise awareness for organ donation and cystic fibrosis. I had a documentry released on 28th november called 'love on the transplant list' detailing my wait for lungs.After suffering chronic rejection once again I needed a double lung transplant, with weeks left to live I received a second double lung transplant.
