Current obsession: Bar Method. Hurts but so worth it. I tried it years ago in Los Angeles and recently returned after we moved up here to pdx. Only workout that makes me feel taller, more confident, and more energetic, and not left me with lingering injuries to knees or back. The instructors are so well trained and professional I really value the adjustments in classes. Also all staff has been super welcoming, encouraging and welcoming. The studio is so comfortable and well designed... with all the needed amenities. Lastly the exercises work better than any "barre" classes and I've tried them all. I was getting injured at B3 with too many squats and too much "cardio" hybrid moves without adjustments or postural corrections. Ab work here is amazing
