This is also the reason he'll be out no later than one week after Super Tuesday. Bank it.

The candidate's lack of a traditional political agenda is key to his anti-political appeal.

we all know who the actual nominee is going to be.

at this point it's just a three ring circus and Trump is the ring leader.

Maybe it's because a lot of them have mortgage defaults on their credit reports.

This is the sort of observation that lends to the insane belief that next time, the federal government will get it right.

It’s still too hard for most Americans to get a mortgage: http://urbn.is/1MXldS5

+Christopher Johnson There was no arm twisting going on. I worked with them. I also worked with people in the ratings agencies who bundled the loans which took them from lousy risk, blended in a good loan and suddenly the entire bundle went from junk to A+ with raising a single alarm.
They weren't doing due diligence in any meaningful way.
They were talking the commission from the loan and the hell with moral hazard.
They were lending mortgage money to people who couldn't even pay rent, never mind pay the property taxes and assume the other fiscal burdens that home ownership brings.
Its was a decade when they tossed caution to the wind and your money into the shitter.

"Once elected, [Bill] Clinton and a Democratic Congress passed an amendment to the tax code – technically known as section 162(m) – that limited companies’ ability to deduct CEO pay in excess of $1 million....Unfortunately, the plan didn’t work as Bill Clinton hoped...CEO compensation grew more than twice as fast in the 90s as it had during the 1980s."

First of all, let's pretend Hillary knows anything about corporate management.  Next, she must win the election.  Then, she would surely push to "update" 162(m), not repeal it.  Fewer laws are not what Democrats are about.
Hillary Clinton is making bad corporate management a campaign issue, saying the CEOs of public companies are so focused on short-term results they undermine their companies' long-term growth. In a speech Friday, she made her most direct attack yet - and though she wasn't specific about what exactly she planned to do to fix it, she signaled that she'll try to roll back a provision of the tax code which she referred to as 'an effort in the 1990s to...

New laws. Just enforce them on the white working class, no need to offend anyone with an Obamaphone or living the hard life in a sanctuary city

"...here we go again, playing “let’s pretend” and electing leaders under the old-fashioned presumption that it is politics that improves the world and drives history forward."

It's an old-fashioned and outdated notion that politics is what drives progress.
Progress occurs despite political institutions, not because of them.

Am I correct in assuming my reply was obvious and your statement was intentionally phrased as it was?

First, the functions that create need for statistical monitoring need to be reduced.

#Data can help create better, more effective policy, but funding for statistical agencies is declining.

#budget   #funding
Everybody lately loves anything having to do with data, but Congress has actually been reducing funding for our statistical agencies.

Too bad so many people believe workers are incapable of negotiating their own employment conditions.

The facts in the article are old news, but I never thought BET would run this.  When did they hire an actual journalist?

Yes, well, our Obamacare sycophants on the Left will proclaim this as "good" and "progress" because hey, it could have been much worse and would have been, were it not for (wait for it) Obamacare.

That claim from dear leader that Obamacare would decrease health spending?

What? Huh?

"Move along," says the mainstream media. "Nothing to see here.

"And you're a racist bigot."

These folks have deservedly earned my business; especially Matthew, the luthier. The staff is always responsive, helpful and knowledgeable.

My vehicle was disabled in the early morning hours of the Fourth of July. Sun State got it to their yard in the same condition in which it was at the scene, put it under shade in their secured yard and were helpful and cordial when we went to get things out. I will recommend SunState Towing any time, hopefully under better circumstances. My thanks to you and your staff!

On May 21, 2013, we went as a party of 8 at about 1:30 P.M. We had to wait about 20 minutes for a table in this small restaurant/bar tucked well out of the way, just past a number of Key Deer on Big Pine Key. The menu is typical American, including delicious pizza and seafood, of course, with a nice option: the Pub's own amber, available in a souvenir glass. The food was prompt, served hot and our plates all arrived together - our server was attentive, friendly and conscientious. The building is rustic, having started as a general store over 80 years ago (it also served as a bordello). The most interesting part of the Pub is the decor, which is manily comprised of approximately 150,000 dollar bills, stapled to the walls and ceilings by visitors. Expect to spend about $25.00 per person, which is not out of line for the Florida Keys. The highlight was saying hello to a Key Deer on our way out. The ratings are on a scale from greasy spoon to fine dining.
