Richard Combs has built an extensive resume of achievements over the past ten years throughout Southern California and San Francisco working for some of the largest home builders in the country and the top brokerage companies on the West Coast . This experience has allowed him to be involved in the sales, marketing and development of over $800M of a diverse portfolio of luxury properties in San Diego, Orange County and San Francisco. His broad experience in all aspects of high-end residential development, including the planning, construction, marketing and sales phases has made Richard a highly valued asset for any client wishing to buy or sell a home. Richard previously worked for a boutique executive search firm primarily focusing on VP to CEO level searches for companies such as (Microsoft, Conexant, Intel and Qualcomm) giving him a valuable insight into the complex process of employee relocation. He also spent time in New York City working for MBI Capital as a specialist in real-estate acquisition. A native of Toronto, Canada, Richard has been a resident of California since 1980 and currently resides in San Francisco with his wife and daughter. Richard received his BBA from U.S.D. in San Diego California with an emphasis in Negotiations. . Richard enjoys adventure travel, real estate investment/development, walking, cooking, snowboarding and entertaining. He currently resides in San Diego with his wife and two children.
