Every year we have an annual conference for our clients where we train them on our software programs and additional items. These conference locations change annually and this year it was our first time in Orlando. At our conference we print out ID badges for our clients who come from across the United States and Canada and every year we print them out with our Zebra P330i printer. This year when we fired up the printer after its travel to the “sunshine state” it would not work. We tried a number of solutions to resolve it and failed at every approach. I decided to consult the answer of all questions, Google, and came upon Sir Speedy. I called and spoke to Melissa and explained our situation and from that point all I can say is “she took over”. She suggested I email her a .pdf of our badges and names. She immediately responded back with a quote with different options. Now keep in mind I contacted her very late in the day and we needed them as soon as possible. She explained what would happen and when they would be ready and her and the rest of the staff (unfortunately I didn’t get their names) as I mentioned before “took over” and saved the day. She called when the job was about half completed so that I could save time by driving then and not having to wait. When we arrived they were just finishing it up. What else can I say it was perfect. We even had some last minute attendees show up and needed another group of badges the following day and Melissa had them printed and delivered in no time. Excellent service!!!

I came in with a last minute project, needing 300+ pages printed, hole punched and bound. The team jumped right on my job, had it done in about an hour, for a great price, and they had great customer services all the while. Would recommend to anyone!

Do not take your wedding invitations to this location. They advertise that they address your envelopes for you easily, just complete the excel spreadsheet. I thought this would simplify my daughter's invitation process. After they ran 12 invitation envelopes, they discovered that they can not do the job. They state that it was the linen on the envelopes. This coming from a professional printer, that should be able to print on linen. Now that they have used 12 envelopes that are a special order and size with already printed return address they can't do the job. Why advertises that you can do invitation addressing if your machine cannot handle the job? When the order was taken, it was never mentioned that there was any possibility that they could not handle it. They paid for a partial cost of replacing the envelopes, which delays my whole process because I have to special order them again. They advised I may want to try labels, really? If I wanted labels, I could have done them myself. To add insult to injury, I asked for a box or envelope to put the remaining crisp clean envelopes in and while putting them in a box, the owner or manager "Brian" took the printed ones they had done out of the box, so I could not even show my daughter one envelope that had an issue so she could see the problem. Like I was going to use these horribly printed envelopes for something. The lady there Tricia threw my refund change on top of the envelopes. Showing no care that the envelopes needed to stay clean, Unbelievably horrible service. Yes, a small job, but don't advertise it, if you are not willing or able do it, STAY FAR AWAY!

Having a busy law practice in downtown Orlando, Sir Speedy is my only choice for all my printing needs. I always know that Sir Speedy can provide quality work, fast and at a reasonable price. No matter where you are in Orlando, Sir Speedy Downtown and Winter Park should be your first choice!

I needed some trade show banners in quite a pinch. My original banners were printed half the size they should have been by another company, and I didn't find out until the Saturday before the show on Monday. I called Sir Speedy on a Sunday morning, and within 30 minutes they called me back and said they'd be glad to do the job and could deliver the banners that afternoon! The banners came out great and really saved our show. Sir Speedy kept me updated throughout the day and really went above and beyond my expectations, especially on such short notice.

We were working on a large show in the Orlando area & needed a reliable vendor partner. We found more than that in Sir Speedy Orlando! Not only were they very helpful and accomodating, the print quality was spectacular & turned exrtraordinarily fast!! Highly recommended for quality, speed, customer service & price. I was referred to Sir Speedy by someone else. My experience from start to finish was horrible. When they gave me a quote for my project they deliberately lied on the quote then charged me more later. My order was for postcards with delivery and the invoice specifically said so. However, Sir Speedy charged me $2500 to print 5000 low quality post-cards. All of my discussions had assumed that shipping was included in this. I have quotes from other companies that charged slightly less WITH shipping/postage included. My customers complained about the quality of the product. When I was discussing my order I said that I only wanted to move forward with small amounts at a time as a test. Sir Speedy agreed to this. After 2/5ths of my order had been shipped and I had received complaints and little effect, I requested that the rest of my order be cancelled. Sir Speedy agreed to this. When I found out that I was being charged an additional charge for postage on top of the massive amount I had already paid, was also right before I decided to cancel my order. Sir Speedy like I said agreed to refund the money but they refunded nothing. Their customer service was horrible. They are HORRIBLY overpriced. You can use online companies for 1/5th the cost and better quality, better yet, online companies will spread out drops or drop to areas for free. Sir Speedy on the other hand charged me additional $75 charged to separate my drops. The only money I was not charged was the $75 for my last few drops. They DID Not refund the postage. I paid this company thousands of dollars and the basically did nothing. On top of this, they lied in writing to my credit card company when I appealed the charge. As a business consultant I can tell you, this company is a massive, massive waste of your money. You could spend $1,200 for a web developer to establish a web presence and far less on cheaper more effective marketing means or even pay a marketing company to do the work for you directly.

We take great pride that our loyal customer base has been with us since 1980 – this speaks volumes about our integrity and ability to exceed customer’s expectations in a routine manner. A credit card company correctly judged us the prevailing side based on the very documentation the reviewer claimed sustained their position – the bad review came after that notification. We ask every reader to judge us based on those facts and not on the totally inaccurate portrayal of a reviewer. We respect a person’s right to speak their mind and also our right to set the record straight.

I tried Sir Speedy for an overseas printing order of a number of presentations for a conference event that took place in Orlando. The service was first-class, not only as far as the quality of the presentations is concerned but also with respect to customer care and assistance by the employees. I had the opportunity to co-operate with Trisha and Lauren - they were both outstanding- I would recommend Sir Speedy for a guaranteed printing of quality time sensitive items.
