This firm is absolutely abysmal; messed up a matter they were handling with really basic errors such as spelling mistakes in legal documents that were sent out without my prior approval. Also deliberately misled about fees and given incorrect information on multiple occasions that my new lawyers say are "schoolboy errors". Very difficult to get hold of when you need them and awful at communicating by email. They seem stuck in the dark ages. Really, really shocked that a law firm could be this awful. Their handling of one issue has had a detrimental impact on one case already even though I have moved to another firm. I don't know how they are allowed to operate/still in business.

West Elm won't let me collect a coffee table from the flagship store and instead expect me to pay £79 shipping when I live three miles away from the store. This is utter joke!! When I phoned to query this I had to deal with their utterly apathetic and unhelpful "International Customer Services". I don't understand why a brand would clearly invest so much breaking into the UK market, then just apply no common sense whatsoever by treating new/potential customers like crap and think it's going to work out well for them...

These guys are terrible avoid at all costs. The product descriptions online are misleading and inaccurate so consequently I have been forced to waste almost a month going back and forth with their abysmal customer services because I ordered a product that claimed to contain all the necessary fittings, but didn't. When I received the impartial product and queried this with them they offered to send out the fittings which I should have received anyway in the first place. Yet more weeks went by and I discovered I had been sent completely the wrong type of fittings, it's a joke how wrong what they sent was: four regular cross head screws of complete the wrong gauge when double ended bolts are what is required. Another week has gone by and it's just painful every time I get an email from them. Now after all the inconvenience I have already been subjected to they want me to wait in my house ALL DAY for a courier to come collect my order that was only worth £20?!? They have no idea about customer service they should be compensating me for the inconveince. The room I ordered the products to install in has been it total disarray this whole time and I have wasted an insane amount of time dealing with their totally incompetent customer services. It's been like banging my head against a wall. It's an utter joke. They are completely thoughtless and apathetic; they don't seem to realise my time actually has a value and perhaps I didn't want one room of my house to be in utter chaos for a MONTH because of their misleading website and even worse customer service. I wish I'd never shopped with them at all. Do not use!!
