The pop star stocked up her wardrobe during a shopping trip to London

Totally disregard for their customers safety; refused to rearrange outdoor event during a day when there was thunder and lightning and the Met Office issued a weather warning. They are also refusing to give a refund. Awful experience, greedy company.

Totally unreliable, booked a car weeks in advance. Had to call six times to find out where it was and they were fifteen minutes late meaning we missed the last train to London. Ruined an otherwise lovely night as we had to pay for a car all the way back to London. The staff were totally rude and apathetic and we are hugely out of pocket because of this awful taxi company.

Definitely recommend PEPilates, only slightly in fear as I don't want my favourite classes to fill up too much! I have had a one-to-one with Mariana, group mat classes with Mark and I'm a regular at Harvey's equipment groups and one to ones. I have experienced far fewer aches and pains from my desk job since beginning regular classes and have been repeatedly impressed with the deep knowledge of the team. On first meeting Mark he was able to ascertain I used to do ballet from my posture alone. Even in group classes Harvey and Matt tailor the exercises according to individual's postural nuances. On top of that it is relaxing and a great antidote to hectic London life.

My doctor, is THE BEST, cannot fault her and will put up with this awful practice to keep seeing her! Unfortunately it takes about six weeks to get an appointment. I have every sympathy with GPs who are struggling nobly while the government is enforcing cuts that make their jobs very very difficult. However it should not be near impossible to get an appointment to see your doctor. I feel like this practice is completely unsuitable for anyone who actually has a job as I had to wait six weeks to get an appointment then a meeting went in my diary and I have been told if I want to rearrange my doctors appt it will be another four weeks. This is just not ok! On top of that the staff are abysmally rude and I have to actually fax things or WRITE directly to my doctor if I want a message passing on. Awful.
