Working on a new weekly layout idea - I traced around a gift card (regular size, same as a credit card - shown in the bottom right) to make rounded corner boxes, which fit perfectly in my 5x8 Northbooks dotted grid notebook. Added printable date and deco stickers and I'm all set to go.

If you do habit tracking in your Bullet Journal, (or think you should but can't get going on it), you might want to check out this book - you can read it for FREE if you are an Amazon Prime member. You DON'T need a Kindle - there are free apps for computers and mobile devices. I found it to be a total game-changer in terms of how I look at habits. HUGE difference in my day. I will put a copy of the notes I took on the book below this post. http://amzn.to/2eiAvuR

If you are looking for ways to pump up titles for collections or spreads, this book is now FREE to read for Amazon Prime members. You don't need a kindle - can get free apps on multiple platforms. For a book like this, I would recommend viewing on a PC with the free Kindle app. I have checked this book out from the library oodles of times! http://amzn.to/2dOCeYt

I have some info on my blog about using the practice of debriefing in a bullet journal (or any other planning system). http://www.thisthoughtfullife.com/blog/how-to-debrief-your-life-in-manageable-bits

This is my current, super simple weekly spread. I use this to capture what I know I will be working on this week only. I leave room at the bottom for things that I discover will need to be tackled next week. At the top, I list my top three focus items for the week.

Can we do a little group therapy? I'm curious if other people struggle with anxiety (I do) and use their bullet journal specifically because it helps with feeling in charge of life a bit. In other words, do you use this system because it helps you manage life, which helps you manage anxiety?
