f you want an awesomely fun and inspiring way to workout this is the place to go. This boot-camp training takes advantage of the basic movements of several different sport training workouts giving you an all over body workout with a change in routine each day keeping you from getting bored of the same old routine. The incorporation of the gymnastic mats and equipment makes you feel like a kid again and is easy on the joints making it ideal for anyone. The trainers are upbeat and inspiring giving you the motivation to continue when you are feeling the workout kick your butt (or should I say shrink your butt). I have never been able to get up early (seriously not a morning person), but this boot-camp is fun and actually got me out of bed. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a great all around and fun workout.

Unbelievable bootcamp!! I am a newbie to bootcamp and I am now addicted!!! I lost 4 pounds in my first four days!!! I am om my second week and I know my.results at the end of my first month will be phenoumenal!! Thomas, Sunny and Patrick are so encouraging and helpful!! I am an overweight mother of four small children, and believe it or not, I have so much energy after my classes every morning that I go to work and home at night and play with my kids instead of plopping myself on the couch like I used to. I love it and I know within the next few months, Expressresultsbootcamp will give me the body I had before I had all my children!!!! Thank you Thomas, Sunny, and Patrick....you are all amazing!!!

"When I met Thomas, I was overweight and at my highest weight ever. I felt horrible and my self confidence was lacking. I felt as if I had tried everything. I had tried many different diets, going to the gym, cutting portions, cleanses, and unfortunately I even tried diet pills. My weight was something I constantly thought about, it was very distracting and kept me from achieving my other goals. I thought that I was doing all the right things. I truly believed that I would not be able to get my body back the way it was during my high school years. When I was first invited to Thomas's class, I did not know what to expect. As soon as I got there, everyone was so nice and Thomas' enthusiasm and positivity was so contagious. It instantly felt like an environment I wanted to be in. The class was unlike any workout I had experienced. I thought it was just way too much fun to actually make me lose weight.... BUT by 2 1/2 months, I had lost 45 lbs! This is the 45lbs I had been trying to lose for over 2 years! I would always lose 10 lbs then gain back 15 in a couple of days. This was an ongoing cycle and I believed I was just unlucky and had bad genes but that was not the case. With Thomas' guidance, training and eating lots of Raw cruciferous veggies I was able to transform my body and now am thinner than I was in high school . I successfully lost inches everywhere and my fitness level is now the best it's ever been. Thomas has been a great inspiration and blessing in my life. I am very thankful and grateful for everything he has taught me. Not only is he one of the best trainers in the world, I am also lucky to call him a friend. Thomas believed in me and was so confident that I could achieve my dream body that I started believing in myself again and was able to not only lose the weight, but keep it off. I felt so amazing that it drove me to pursue a childhood dream of mine. I went for my dream and am proud to say I am now the current Miss Los Angeles USA in Donald Trump's Miss California USA pageant. Thomas' class is so vital in my life that it has become a large part of my lifestyle. The many benefits I receive from his class are priceless. (And I don't just mean the results!) :) "

Ana - April 11, 2012 I've been going to the 6:00 boot camp class for 10 months now and I have to say I'm hooked. I never thought I would last this long. It's fun, challenging and full of nice people that motivate and push each other. Our instructors are the best!

I have tried different boot camps and this by far is my favorite! This is the only one where I always want to come back! I was afraid I was going to be intimidated at first, but Sunny the instructor is very supportive, positive, and patient. In addition, all the attendees are very helpful as everyone is all in the same boat. I like the music and activities and no two days are alike which keeps everything fresh and challenging. You definitely can work at your own pace but Sunny always encourages you to push yourself. I like that it is indoors so that whether rain or shine, you can do it. Much funner and more motivating than the gym grind!

This is an excellent program! I intially bought this on groupon and have continued for the past 6 months. When I go consistently, I feel amazing and strong. If I miss a week, I feel tired and out-of-sorts. Sunny is a fantastic and motivating instructor. No matter what your fitness level is, this program will make you better!!!!

Kim A- Bootcamp is amazing.... When I started in Feb 2011,I was afraid I would kill me.. I am alive and 25 pounds lighter.. With the motivating music, Sunny leading, pumping us up & encouraging us and our boot camp family you will will see results ! I can't live without it 5 days a week and never a dull moment.. Try it you will be glad you did I know I am !

You cannot get this workout in a gym! I lost 5 pounds in two weeks thanks to the motivating trainers and fat blasting combination of cardio and strength training. I actually looked forward to my early morning workouts and the energy stayed with me all day!
