In today's blog post, I review a novel by Cate Rowan with a surprising twist on the fantasy-romance genre:

Yes, I noticed that too when I found an image for the cover. I read the book on my ereader, so didn't see the cover until I wrote this post. It really doesn't reflect the book well at all!

Thanks for sharing +C.C. Chapman. Looks interesting, so I'll pass the word along.

Can't wait to read and perhaps submit to this.

Another creative kick in the junk from the minds of +AJ Leon & +Melissa Leon. They just keep pushing!

Here's an interesting blog post by my friend +Nyki Blatchley about the 'long short story' epublishing and the challenges of not only being a good writer, but also a good marketer (something I, too, struggle with).

It's been a couple of weeks since I last updated this blog. I've been trying to finish a story that seemed to get longer the more I wrote of it: it was intended to be a short story, but it's ended up ...

A career change has put me behind on my blogging. But, at long last I have updated my blog. In this post, I discuss why I love DA2's character, Aveline.

New blog post on my blog. I'm severely behind the times on this one (movie from 2010) but that's never stopped me before.

So, updating my blog a couple days early because I'll be without internet connection this weekend. Here's my review of "Avatar: the Last Airbender". I know, its an older show, but I loved it so much I still wanted to talk about it.

I bought a 2014 Fiat 500 from Marty Fontaine at Carters in the summer of 2014, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. This was the first new car I'd ever bought, and Marty was a very easy going no-pressure sales person. He worked extremely hard for me to ensure I found the car I wanted, bringing in cars from other dealerships at the last minute so I could test drive them, notifying me via email of any new or used cars that fit my requirements, and even taking a phone call from me on his day off (his birthday no less!) and answering my questions. He was friendly, hard working, and an attentive listener, answering all my questions and helping me find the car that was perfect for me. It was clear from the start that Marty wanted to ensure that I walked away with a purchase I could be not just happy with, but excited about. Six months later, I still am. Thank you very much, Marty!
