Moist, tender and flavourful, you'd never guess these delicious muffins are gluten-free. The secret’s in the almond butter, although pretty much any nut butter would do. We love the variety of adding chocolate chips, blueberries, and even plant based protein powder! As far as cakes go, this one isn't all that bad. By that we mean, it's on the more healthy side than your average cake. That means you can eat a bigger slice. Which you will want to do. Trust us. We really love the layers that make up this cake - the bottom vanilla cake, the middle apple layer, the crunchy crumble, and the lovely fresh strawberries. This Apple and Strawberry Crumble Cake from +Nicole Neverman has all of our mouths watering and can be found here http://eat365.com.au/index/recipe/3349 #strawberries #apples #baking #dessert #recipeoftheday #eat365
