Amazing video by Conner Griffith from RISD, with images from Google Earth, among other sources. https://vimeo.com/130119588

This post really gets it! How bad our current digital photography sensors are, what we could do to make them better, and why the photography industry (i.e., Canon and Nikon) are not going to do it.

"Instead of starting a sensor, letting light fall on it, and then turning it off and asking it how much light it found, we have the technological capability to make sensors that change electrical resistance based on how strong a light hits them."

Will appreciate if you could provide financial support and share it on facebook or elsewhere with people who may be interested in helping out. thank you very much!

Seen on the web today...
Google to launch Google Admoon in late 2015 - MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA. Larry Page's new moonshot idea is to expand the Google advertisement platform, responsible for over 95% of the search giant's revenue last year, out of this world. According to an anonymous source from GoogleX, projection will work on the non-illuminated part of the moon, as the lasers used (see picture on the right) can not yet outshine the reflection of the Sun's light. Select advertisers will be able to start bidding for shares of time starting in the fourth quarter of 2015.
