I am an artist: my head is my canvas. Through my work including live performance, workshops, talks and art displays, I aim to inspire and encourage you to turn what could be perceived as a negative – in my case going bald at an early age – into a positive through creativity and self expression. Art at its best is naturally collaborative, engages with community and gives back to society.

Very interesting development on the benefits to health and wellbeing of the arts, leading to fall in hospital admissions. You can find all information and reports in this other link http://www.artshealthandwellbeing.org.uk/appg-inquiry/

Hard to know what is best to say on what has happened in London. I hope things do truly change and there is a shift of some form in the UK. David Lammy makes some very relevant points. https://www.channel4.com/news/david-lammy-mp-remembers-friend-grenville-tower-fire-london
