I recently had the opportunity to work with Linda Hammond in the Service Department. My car was not an Audi but it was out of warranty and someone recommended Linda to me. Even though I live out of state and my car was not an Audi, Linda Hammond went above and beyond to help me with my service issues. In fact, I think I might just drive to the Audi dealership in Dallas to buy my next car - the service and her professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness were that good. I honestly don't know what we would have done if we had not found Linda.

Corey Small was my Brand Specialist at Audi of Dallas in my latest transaction. I had previously bought an Audi from Corey Small when he was at Audi Plano. He was such a pleasure to deal with the first time that I had to call him up when I was ready to trade up. Even though it was a bit of a drive from Frisco to Audi Dallas, it was worth it. Corey and his manager were great, and the team there made the whole process enjoyable. Even though the Spring Event at Audi had them very busy - they never kept me waiting too long and always kept me in the know as to what was happening behind the scenes to get the new car ready, the paperwork together, etc. Highly recommend you call and ask for Corey Small directly.

Audi Dallas is the worst Audi Dealership I have EVER been to. The service is unbelievable long waiting, misinformed service information, over priced service and poor service. I dropped my Q5 of because of tire damage, sure that my tires were covered under warranty (confirmed by my service technician) I was told that my only out of pocket expense would be deductible (per my technician) and my vehicle would be ready by 5 (per my technicians). When in fact I had to call several times to be told that my technician went home an emergency, while I understand emergencies i never received a call from a back-up technician/ service help. I had to call over 5 times to see if my truck was ready for pick-up. Final I was called at 6:25 pm (told to hurry up be there by 7 WTF) and informed that my vehicle was ready the surprise was when I arrived. Cashier hit me with a $313.00 bill I was like no my service tech told me "i only have to pay a deductible" only to discover my tire was out of warranty and cost twice what it cost at Cosco/Walmart etc. The cashier goes and crunch some numbers and came back with $239.00 and an explanation for my service tech. To me the only explanation i wanted was: Why didn't she call me early in the day and tell me the correct information about my tire repair/cost? Why when i spoke with her at 2:30 pm she failed to mention the out of warranty tire? Why didn't she make it her priority to have a fellow coworker follow up with me about my vehicle? The fact I was out of my vehicle from 7:30 pm (5/12) to 7:30 pm (5/13) just for a tire is crap, poor service and poor service management. I will not abandon Audi due to Audi Dallas poor service I will now go to Audi Plano. Period. At the end of the day I ended up paying $239.00 for tire and service fees and online the tire is $144.00 (Feeling Pissed right Now)

My husband and I had great service when we came in looking to test drive an A7. Andrew Barriga was really helpful and knowledgeable about the car. We had a lot of questions having never owned an Audi before. Bought an car 3 days later and I love my new A7 Kara Berg

The directory of internet sales, Adam Figueroa, was great at responding quickly and accurately to all of my questions and requests. He made the other 3 dealerships in DFW seem slow, stupid, and unresponsive in comparison. Adam is why I chose Audi Dallas. Corey Small did an excellent job walking me through the many features the A4 had to offer. Both guys were great. Honest, sincere, patient. They got a good thing going over at Audi Dallas.

Excellent service. Fahd Mehdaoui sold me the perfect car. Truth be told, I had no idea the car had so many options and was such a great buy. His willingness to explain the car, its features and value was just flat out awesome. And his friend personality made my buying experience stress free. Additionally, I felt he was totally honest and genuine, which is sometimes hard to find in sales. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase an Audi. He rocks..... I had a great experience with Audi Dallas. I had contacted a few dealerships in the Texas/Louisiana area but few seemed willing to work with me. Audi Dallas went above and beyond to help me get my dream car. Chris was a great salesman to work with and made it very easy. They had to find the car I want and do most of the leg work over email and the phone but they made it all easy. When I came to pick up my new S4, it was a quick and easy process. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family or anyone looking for a new Audi!
