Chris A rocked - he was great online in chat before I ever went to the dealership. Thorough, knows and practices the TRUE meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE & CUSTOMER CARE. Great price - got a WONDERFUL deal. I have owned a lot of cars in my lifetime - bought some online from dealers new. Chris A was a great asset to me in developing this deal as well as quickly becoming a friend to me. Finance Thomas H. was efficient and very helpful. Overall, this was the best car buying experience ever for me.

I just purchased an Audi A4 from Audi Dallas and so far cannot be more pleased. Mike Woods was a great salesman; no pressure and accommodating to both my price range and a last minute trade-in/purchase. Thanks also to Troy in financing for being friendly and for an expedient transaction. I will be recommending this dealership to others. I worked with Don Lambrecht over the course of a few months to get something that would work for me and he was patient and helpful the entire way. I'll definitely be paying him a visit when I'm ready for my next vehicle. One small note on Audi Dallas -- great dealership, very friendly, but I quickly grew tired of the endless automated emails trying to get my business. The emails felt like auto-generated templates and I don't like receiving unsolicited advertisements in my inbox, especially considering that I had already ordered the car. For what it's worth, I believe there is an Unsubscribe button buried somewhere in the email footers. Regardless, I love my A4 and I'm still happy to do business at Audi Dallas.

I take my vehicle to Audi Dallas for it's scheduled maintenance / Audi Care. This is my 4th Audi and while the Service Rep was ok (Steve) the entire dealership is not up to the standard I have experienced at others. The dealership itself should study other Audi dealerships that have excellent service and go above and beyond. Every time I have called (twice now) to schedule my maintenance those that answer the phone in general and in service are disappointing at best. They are borderline rude and speak to you as if you are beneath them - it's shocking. The service departemnt is not well organized and staff does not look that professional. I bought my last vehicle at Audi of North Houston which is a Sewell dealership and serviced my previous Audi there for two years. That organization knows a lot about service - they are professional in appearance and manners. They are five plus star when they greet you, check you in and service you. The staff that answers the phone is amazing and makes you feel like you are calling a luxury hotel or accomodations. I became very accustomed to this type of treatment and loved going to the dealership and could not wait to purchase my new vehicle - I can not say I am even remotely happy with the service here. I take my car here because it's the closest place to take it. I am not even looking forward to getting a new car here because so far service has lacked and I feel it will lead to frustration. I have conteplated buying my next Audi at Audi of North Houston. I will drive four hours before 1) I switch brands from Audi and 2) before I give business to a place that does not make me feel like they care about the business and have plenty of it. Before Houston I lived in Columbus Ohio and purchased and serviced two other Audi's at Midwestern Auto Group - Audi. While they did not compare to Houston they were still much more service oriented than what I have received twice now in Dallas. The last time I serviced my vehicle I actually asked for a Manager and while he apologized and acted shocked about the expericne I had I did not leave the conversation feeling warm and fuzzy about the place. I just received a call that my vehicle was done being serviced. To check hours of operation I called the general service number and was greeted by a woman that sounded annoyed to be answering the phone when I explained that I would be picking up my vehicle and wanted to know the hours she said we are open now. I explained I understood but what time were they open until she actually huffed. That's when I felt that I had to give a review because it's down right annoying that we choose to drive a luxury brand and I have been treated better by oil change places in my past. While I don't drive an S5 or A8 or the "high lines" I have owned four Audi's and will never change and I do expect better from you as an Audi Dealership.

I have never had an easier experience leasing a car. About a month ago, I walked in the Audi dealership, met JP and told him I was looking for a Red A3. I gave him my budget and my non negotiables for the car. Within a day he had researched the available cars, prices, monthly payment, arrival date etc. With me wanting a Red one, we had to order the car and it took a few weeks to arrive. Just as promised, he was able to offer me a loaner Audi while we waited the few days for the car to finally arrive. He had given me an expected timeline of when the car would arrive and just as promised, it did. When JP called, we made an appt to pick up the car and on the day of, I couldn't be more excited to get to Audi. As we drove into the parking lot (on Valentines' Day) - there was my brand new A3 with my name in the window sitting right out front for me to see. It was so neat and truly made me feel special. GREAT customer service to JP and the team. Finally, I was a little worried that when we go to the "check out" process that something would come up that we hadn't discussed or I wasn't prepared to include in my "budget" - but NOPE. It was just as we had discussed and agreed upon and there was not one single surprise. I knew exactly how much I would need to put down - right to the penny. Easy as can be. I could not be happier with my experience and with my salesman. GREAT JOB. Oh, and I LOVE MY RED A3 and I feel confident I got a terrific deal on the car. THANKS JP and AUDI!

Purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Audi Dallas yesterday. It was a process I had been dreading for over a year now, but after finally finding the vehicle I had been looking for, I filled out a test drive form online the Thursday before. Jesse Alejandro almost immediately reached out to be via email, as requested, and politely helped arrange our test drive for the following Monday. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Jesse himself before I could get to the front door. I didn't even need to call ahead! Jesse was great retrieving the vehicle in the cold weather and helped break the ice during the test drive with sincere casual conversation. His personality made the entire purchasing a great experience. I found the car I wanted, and was able to work with Jesse on a financing plan that worked for me. We met halfway on my loan with minimal back and forth. Jesse was never pushy, and I never felt pressured throughout the day. After agreeing to terms, Jesse took me to the finance manager where I was actually shown a LOWER APR than we agreed to. How often does that happen? There were no hidden cost. No haggling with add-ons. Jesse facilitated the entire day for me and was always within eye sight if I needed him. Even in the rain, Jesse had my car cleaned and offered me another detailing when the weather gets better. From the moment I arrived, until the moment I left, Jesse, and the entire staff at Audi Dallas, were fantastic and changed my view on the car-buying experience. I will certainly recommend Jesse and the Audi Dallas team to any family/friends looking for their next vehicle. They will certainly be my first stop next time I am in the market.

My experience at Audi Dallas was wonderful. I had no intentions of purchasing a car that day, but I purchased my Audi Q5 from Corey Small, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered every question that I had and made the process as easy as possible. Corey was also very accommodating and gave my diabetic mother food from the break room while my car was being cleaned. My overall experience at Audi Dallas was great and I am very happy with my purchase. Thanks Corey and staff at Audi Dallas.
