This review is for their "Mexican Monday" I was pretty excited going in. Mexican food rules. And I love goat, so I figured the two together would be great. Being that I like goat, I ordered the goat sandwich. Made sense to me. What came out was two pieces of toast, with a little bit of goat in between. The sandwich was cut into four pieces, and were kind of like mini-sliders. Tasty stuff, but the portion was so small for fifteen bucks. I left thinking "Well that was a good appetizer, but where should I go for dinner?" I'd go back once they increase their portions, or drastically cut their prices.

Cool atmosphere with the seating and decoration, good food. Perfect for an introductory date, since this spot finds the middle ground between casual and nice.

Their lovely little brass bar was a great place to enjoy a glass of Pépière Muscadet by the glass before visiting UCBeast. They have a spacious patio, too.

Staff is super chill and friendly. They've got a back garden which is very nice. One of the hidden gems in East Village. They offer a great and unique brunch menu. Other meals looks fun too although I haven't personally tried them.

First...they have Benton ham. If you've never had products from Benton Farms, you really don't know what you're missing out on...this is assuming you like meat. The ham was delicious. They also have beer and wine cocktails which are definitely not the norm, but they are very good and highly recommended. The beer one is especially good and I don' t even really like beer. I definitely like it better than the wine one, which is a bit more like sangria.

Subway tiled booths? Very cool. It's an interesting little place. Service was very friendly, but really got my goat was how long it took for the food to come out. Raw oysters took 30 minutes. Pork Belly took another 30 minutes. It was also more fatty than usual, but if that's what you go for you may very well enjoy it. The menu is small and there is little here for those watching the fat content - do jumping jacks while waiting for food.

Slightly confused service. Simply done, fresh, flavorful food.
