Being an Ink Master fan, I knew that Walter "Sausage" Frank and Joey Hamilton had a studio in Vegas. While we were there we stopped in to Revolt Tattoos and hoped that they were both there that day.
Thank you Joey and Walter for taking time out of your busy day and taking a photo with me! And thank you to the staff for being so kind to a giggling fan. wink emoticon
We were so upset over this week's Ink Master episode! Sausage - your tattoo was fantastic - you are still an Ink Master to us!

True or False: "Feral cats are never happy as indoor cats."
False.
We have spent the last six months socializing Mulder, a.k.a. "Spooky Mulder" (we promise this is finally his name) and he has adapted fantastically to being an indoor cat. He has come such a long way from the frightened, skinny, runt-of-a-kitten that he was when he showed up in our back yard about a year and a half ago. Granted, it is NOT easy to socialize a feral cat - but the reward of seeing this tiny creature bond so deeply to my husband has been worth every minute.
Happy Caturday from Mulder! ‪#caturday

I have been away from my Google Plus family since our Gozer passed away in October. I avoided all social media because I couldn't deal with seeing all the photos I've posted of him in the past.

That was the wrong thing to do. I should have stayed and talked with my friends who I know would have been great support to me. I did the opposite of what I should have done, I avoided everyone and now have lost nearly every follower I had and surely pushed away any friendships I once had. And I totally understand that.

I thought about it for the past few weeks and wondered "Why even bother coming back? No one will care" That again made me stay away. I haven't touched my camera since the last photo I took of Gozer. I just can't. I have no mojo left. I always 'poo pooed' camera photos, the purist snob in me said only cameras take good photos. Then I left my camera in the dust.

But then we got kittens. One at first. He came to us right before Gozer left us. He needed us. I started taking photos of him with my phone. I documented his addition to the family. I started to feel happy again.

Then we adopted our happy shelter kitten. More camera photos. More happiness.

I decided even though I'm a nobody here (again), it doesn't matter. G+ has brought me great joy in the past. It's time to share our joy with G+...

I introduce to you. . .

Xander Dane (cow cat) and Spooky Mulder (black cat).

Hello again my fellow Googlies. :)

August 1, 2003 - October 17, 2015.
Rest in peace sweet Gozer.
He put up a good fight against the lymphoma, surviving and thriving for just short of three years after his diagnosis even though was only given six to twelve months to live. We enjoyed every minute of every day we had with him and will miss him every day forward.

"We think too small, like the frog at the bottom of the well. He thinks the sky is only as big as the top of the well. If he surfaced, he would have an entirely different view.”

This little guy greeted me one morning on the outside of my window. He let me get quite a few shots of him from inside the house before hopping off chasing his breakfast. Thank you little frog.
