What does it take to change embedded eating patterns that are unhealthy? There are 4 steps that I utilize for myself and my patients. As you commit to change, you go up and down the 4 steps continually. Sometimes it's exhausting, but keep in mind that "energy" is everything. The more you traverse the steps, the deeper they are embedded into your subconscious mind. You are on your way to food sanity...and much more!
