Breeze |
Address plaque and front wall at La Brisa, 3551 Main Highway in Coconut Grove.
La Brisa is a 7-acre estate on a 23 foot coral rock bluff overlooking Biscayne Bay. The land was originally deeded to Kirk Munroe, a children’s book author, in 1886. The original main house was built in 1920 in a Mediterranean style with beams and floors of original Dade pine. The property was purchased last year by Ransom Everglades School, an exclusive private college preparatory day school.
