NASA Astronaut Terry Virts Salutes Leonard Nimoy from Orbit
International Space Station astronaut Terry Virts tweeted this image of a Vulcan hand salute from orbit as a tribute to actor Leonard Nimoy, who died on Friday, Feb. 27, 2015. Nimoy played science officer Mr. Spock in the Star Trek series that served as an inspiration to generations of scientists, engineers and sci-fi fans around the world.

Cape Cod and Boston, Massachusetts, Nimoy's home town, are visible through the station window.

A lot of these seem obvious but I still think they are worth a reminder. Some days it is easier to do these things than others.  Do your best.
OK, we know that the phrase "good morning" can be a bit contradictory right about the time our alarms begin incessantly buzzing. However, morning is the foundation of your day, so it's a good idea to start off on the right foot from the get-go.

I don't get many chances to have foie gras but I like that I now have a choice, once again.

all The Ferengi Rules of Acquisition:

this one was difficult to do...so much text to fit on one page, the choice of font was critical to create this post.

I like the № 76: Every once in a while, declare peace. It confuses the hell out of your enemies.

What's yours?

Amazing planet we have. Let's keep it this way.

I don't think I need access to my apps so fast as to give up screen space for it.  How does this work if you're holding it and continually touch that part of the screen? Its cool that they figured out the curved screen thing but they don't need to put it on everything.
It’s no secret that Samsung will launch its sixth-generation Galaxy S model in the coming months, and it’s not likely the company will call it anything but the Galaxy S6. However, reports have cons...

I like the update. Looks like they got rid of the camera this time. I didn't think it was necessary in the first place. Bigger screen might be cumbersome but I would have to try it on first.

NO surprise here...
A bipartisan group of congressmen joined with 9/11 family members today to renew efforts to declassify 28 pages of a joint congressional inquiry into the attack.

A great winery. A little out of the way but worth the drive.

We have been to the Coppala Winery twice and had a fun time. We had lunch there the last time we visited. We brought our mothers and they thought it was a great experience. The food was very traditional Italian, which was great since my mother and I are from the Bronx and know Italian food the way it should be prepared. The movie memorabilia is fun to see. I would suggest you try to get there on a week day when the crowds aren't so large. Just don't miss this place if you're in the area.

Fun Place for dinner. The food was wonderful and the staff was friendly. The pace is a little small and parking is a bitch but this is the city. I'd go back again and again.
