Basic Information
I have worked for a company solely based on customer service for over a decade. I came in to this quick trip to see Eric and Corey (who was identified by another associate) completely make fun of a guest. And encourage other guest to join in the laughter. The guest being made fun of is known to me as a lovely homeless gentleman. I have bought him lunch while at a seven eleven as he never begs for money. In return he has given nothing but a very gracious thank you. I have had many encounters with this gentleman and have heard his store. A veteran. He served our country. The least I can do is buy him a bagel. If his story is untrue, he still hasn't asked for money or food. He merely finds shade under a tree. Witnessing him in quick trip today PAYING for his food the associates Corey( who after a phone call claimed to be the store manager, which is inaccurate) and his co worker Eric decided to start making fun of this gentleman. Getting 3-4 other guests involved. I find this to be extremely unprofessional. This man did nothing wrong. His hair may not have been brushed, and his clothes may not have been new. But making fun of any guest is horrifically wrong on multiple levels including a customer service level. I will be contacting every level I possibly can. Further customer service training needs to be a priority in this location. Seeing this man in tears for no reason is just not ok with me.

My child has been bullied, punched in the face in the classroom, pushed down the stairs off of the bus and nothing has been done. I could very well pick up my child from the school, however, she enjoys riding the bus home. You never know when the bus is going to show up. The school bell rings at 245pm and the bus is scheduled to arrive at 310. giving less than a mile that should not be a problem. Numerous times the bus is late up to 30 minutes. On another instance after waiting at he bus stop until 415 (trying to get ahold of the school for 45 minutes) I finally reached someone who informed me that my child's bus never arrived to the school and they just found out it is running late. For over an hour I had no idea what was going on. No phone call, nothing. I would have gladly picked up my child from the school had I had known. When talking to the lady in the office with no identification, who refused to give me her name, she said "it was no big deal that parents weren't notified" Trying to work with the teachers is just a huge joke. When talking to one teacher, she laughed at the fact that I was concerned my child never had homework in her class and I never see completed class work come home. I was told if I felt she needed more development I needed to do it. My child is in the talented and gifted program, she has adequate knowledge for her age and grade, but she goes to school for a reason. The principle is disgusting the way she talks to parents and the children, and the clothing I have seen her wear to different performances is in no way appropriate for an elementary school. I can not wait to get my child out of this horrendous, unorganized school.
