Remember that burger shack that used to be on the corner? You know the one. It’s the place where you and your friends would walk down on a summer day and check out the Farah posters while stuffing your face with cheese fries. The good news is that place still exists. The better news is that the guy behind the grill is now a nationally acclaimed chef. We guarantee your memories have never tasted this good.

Truly an unbelievable burger. I got a simple burger with bacon and caramelized onions (they did forget the muenster cheese though) and it was one of the best I've had, ever. Excellent, subtle black pepper taste to the patty. The bun is exceptional as well, being crisply toasted in the inside. The russet fries with garlic salt are quite good. It's all very worth the (slightly high for your average burger place) price.

My favorite feeding hole in Dallas. Fresh ingredients and amazing flavor, from the Murph Style to the Pork Shoulder to the Litogator you will walk away amazed. Highly recommend the Scribnasty Fries, sloppy fries with jalapeños and hot sauce! Food that will make you wanna slap yo mama! Oh and an amazing staff that truly care about your experience.

Great burgers. Be prepared to wait in line. There's a wall of fridges filled with canned beer and bottled soda. Also look for the refrigerated candy bars in these fridges. A lot of the soda is also at the fountain (such as cream soda). The burgers themselves are small-- I would recommend two for a larger appetite (one was plenty for me). I had heard wonderful things about the bacon green chili burger so that's what I ordered and it was not a mistake. I wish there were something other than American cheese for the regular cheeseburger. There are also tiny pies, and they are great!

Such a simple yet amazing little place. The staff is nice and they keep busy. Very minimal parking, and seating space, and this place gets BUSY. Come prepared to sit outside. I went ahead and got it Murph-style with bacon. Wasn't sure what to expect from a jalapeño bacon relish, but next time I think I'll add an egg instead, since the relish was amazing and would have been enough bacon flavor. The burger wan't quite what I expected, but it was amazing somehow none the less. It was a thinner patty and it wasn't medium or pink, but it was delicious and juicy and full of flavor. Will be back!

The 48 hour pepper brisket sandwich is the Best sandwich I have every eaten hands down. Their fries are amazing as well and perfectly salted to my taste buds. The burgers are good also but not that big would be my only negative thing about the burgers. The bigger location helps because the old building was tough to get into.

there really is nothing else as satisfying as Off Site! All their burgers are made from angus beef and shoulders. Only the best for Dallas peeps, of course! the burger of choice was the locals only and rustic fries. Locals only comes with mustard and not mayo, I'm a mustard kind of girl. Off site has been one of the top five best burgers in Dallas for years and I agreed! they recently moved to a more hip area in trinity groves but the taste is still great! Walk through the freezers filled with bottled drinks, look at the menu, place your order at the registrer. They call your name and bring your food to you when ready. They've got alcohol and all the bottled drinks you could think of. The only thing I wish is that they would stop using styrofoam cups. They're so bad for the environment and people in long term.

"it's okay" describes my experience perfectly. (I ordered the Murph burger) The meat and buns used for the burgers were not great quality, and it just had a cheap slice of cheese melted onto it. The food was fine, but it should not be advertised as "gourmet". Also, be prepared that seating is very limited and mostly outdoor. Overall, nothing special. I would not return.
