Hey guys, been trying for the past few days to post to the Fitness community my progress but for some reason my G+ does not find the Fitness community in the address box.  The only way I can post here is as I am doing now, to come to the community directly and enter here.  Am I doing something wrong.  Up until last week it was posting fine...

Advice taken +John Elstone, thank you for that.  It was an aberration for sure.  I've been on here since the days of needing an invitation and I had some content that I had stored up over time that I wanted to post and just did it all at once.  Now I know...  Thank you.

I am taking the night off from +Neila Rey's 30 Days of Change.  Game 7 of the World Series so I couldn't focus anyway.  BTW +Neila Rey, just like there are super hero workouts, how about some sport specific?  Just thinking out loud here...  ;-)

I recently took the Power Pilates Mat Certification training at East Bay. The staff was extraordinarily professional in their approach to the activities and their total focus was on enhancing the learning experience. Their knowledge of Pilates, its history, and the associated physiology is without question. I participated in one of their routine sessions and it was apparent that the student-teacher connection was solid and edifying. Everyone I encountered there, myself included, wanted to be there. The studio is well equipped, clean, orderly, and comfortable to work in. Truly, the only thing you will focus on while at East Bay is Pilates.
