Small businesses want good reviews. Based on this survey, if your customers have a good experience they will more than likely leave a review! Bottom line: Take care of your customers! Good for business, referrals and repeat business! #onlinemarketing   #smallbusiness   #smallbiz

Thought for the day:
Leadership- What inspires us- Anchor us

We work for much more than a paycheck. We work to make a difference, to learn and grow and to be a part of something bigger than ourselves.

Leadership is not for the faint of heart. It’s about putting others first and finding out what inspires each and every team member and creating an environment so everyone thrives. Get their hearts and their bodies will follow.

As a Leader, how do inspire others? What do you need to do to create a business your team and your customers are committed to?

This is interesting. When leaving reviews always stick to the facts. Do not resort to name calling. Stay away from adjectives about owners and try and describe the events as you know them. My advise, stay classy. Your review will have much greater weight for anyone reading it and isn't that the purpose of sharing your experience/opinion about the service you had? #onlinemarketing   #review
