We were delighted to welcome Her Majesty’s Lord Lieutenant of Cheshire, Mr David Briggs, MBE to a summer garden party for the presentation of our Queen’s Award for Enterprise. Anari employees past and present celebrated this achievement on what turned out to be the hottest day of the year!
Directors Nigel Dowden and Andy Wolstenholme were presented with the coveted crystal bowl and an official Royal Favour. The Queen’s Award is the UK’s highest accolade for business success. A few days earlier, Nigel and Andy had attended a reception at Buckingham Palace, where they met her Majesty the Queen.
The award is a huge pat on the back for the whole team and recognises everyone’s contribution to the success of the IRIS solution, which has resulted in our outstanding international growth.

Anari is delighted to announce that we have been chosen as one of a select few businesses to receive The Queen’s Award for Enterprise – the UK’s highest accolade for business success. Our award is received for International Trade.
This is in recognition for achieving outstanding growth in overseas markets, increasing turnover from international customers more than 6 times in a three-year period.
We are very proud of receiving this award, and it is a testament to the expertise and dedication that our fantastic staff have shown over recent years. We must also thank our customers, both in the UK and overseas for helpings us to grow so rapidly. We will be putting on a customer event towards the end of the year, where we will look to thank our customers personally.
The award will be presented by The Queen’s Lord Lieutenant at our offices in May/June, and representatives will be invited to a reception at Buckingham Palace in July. Anari is one of just 249 companies in the UK to receive this award, which is a great honour, especially in The Queen’s 90th birthday year.
