Why didn't you just stay at this point? As a Vegan? Come on girl you know what to do! So is the next video going to be about you dropping veganism? This is sad.

Sometimes the emotional growth means swaying back and forth until  the truth emerges. You know the path of least resistance takes time for som folks.  Send her encouragement to face it.

I've done these interviews before, Gary would not have been even talking to the actual host that you see on the right of screen but an assistant so we don't see at all how he was truly spoken to. They record it earlier then splice in the host later. Very sneaky and not fair at all. No wonder Gary gets pissed too he is dealing in person with ignorant uncaring people who abuse beautiful animals every day. He is travelling non-stop. Volunteering his time to help save the animals and this planet. WHAT AN AMAZING DEDICATED MAN!. GO GARY!

As far as I know it wasn't taken down it just didn't 'make the cut' in regards to the ingredients. Either way I don't think that's unfair, it's stated clearly in the guidelines. I'm sorry to hear it upset you, please just upload it without those ingredients and you will be right! The mods are simply trying to keep the forum on track.

Mine was removed as well as I use onions, garlic, etc. I don't worry about it as they are fairly strict on that site.

Jon not sure what you are trying to get at with your comments in this video, just feels a little off. These videos tend to make us a little hesitant promoting 811 to be honest. A high carb raw vegan lifestyle is what we promote and we recommend people buy the 811 book. It seems all the recent videos are put out in an attempt to (get more views) and discredit a site/couple which has brought 80/10/10 to more people than ever, a site which you have uploaded your videos to for years and used as a promotional platform. You even just left your details advertising yourself on my singles video. Where is the love? More people than ever are succeeding on a high carb raw vegan lifestyle because they have a sustainable way to do it with the freedom of eating unlimited bananas. We don't recommend people try to get calories from juicing which leaves them undercarbed. If you actually took a moment to learn what we prescribe on 30 bananas a day you will see we encourage variety too but recommend bananas and dates as a staple because they are easy to get, a great source of carbohydrates, cheap, tasty and yes a VERY special food! Maybe you should make a video about how the miso, oils, salt and an unlimited amount of greens via juicing you consume aren't part of the 80/10/10 Diet either ;-)

So I'm confused about this. Are you saying you are not vegan anymore Sveta? You weren't clear with that in this video but made typical statements of someone who has gone back. Sounds like a lot of justifications in this video and saying vegan is an experiment? Hasn't been around that long? This is very disappointing. Remember you are also judging others all throughout this video which to be honest seems like a desperate attempt to justify dropping veganism. I've heard this sort of blame-shifting "vegan dogma" talk all too often before. I have a feeling it's to do with your partner who is not vegan and your new job. I thought you had more commitment to veganism than that ugh. Please correct me if I'm wrong and you are still Vegan.

I totally feel you on the frustration of weight gain I really do as I've come from a past of anorexia/disordered eating/disease myself. The issue I have with videos like this titled "My weight gain on the Raw till 4 diet" is that the whole story isn't being shared here and it unfairly blames RT4/excess calories for weight gain instead of more importantly focusing on your recent past with an overactive thyroid "Graves Disease" (which equalled an anorexic BMI). If you come from an anorexic BMI only a year or so ago then of course your weight is on the increase no matter what you eat. Your thyroid is busy healing. You only weighed a tiny 92lbs when you found the high carb lifestyle only a year or so ago and you are predictably gaining weight as you are rebounding. (I did the same, it took me years to balance out). Your body is busy healing and I predict you will continue to gain weight as it does as part of the process (if you don't calorie restrict) but just please remember it is not the fault of the carbs. Would you consider doing a video on your Graves Disease so people get the full story and understand exactly where you are coming from? It really is only fair to share the complete picture here. Thanks. :)

+VeganVeins I am so so glad you didn't take my advice & constructive criticism the wrong way, it really is only to help you keep on track :) Thank you for adding the note, I think it will help those watching a lot. You will get to where you want to be trust me, like you said 5months isn't long at all just keep the carbs high, long term results are what really matter. I sense that your body and mind are going through some hardcore healing at the moment and that may be a big reason you don't have much motivation for exercise, a lot of your energy is likely being redirected to healing your thyroid. Keep your chin up my friend <3
PS - Not sure why my profile keeps changing pictures lol google

Hey Ronnie I think you are a very cool dude and just for the record I really enjoyed meeting you at the festival :) The video I made wasn't an attack on raw foodists, heck most of my food is raw and has been for the past 7 years! Truth be known I'm probably more raw than most your viewers. The video was a plea to those who demonise the cooked carbs to think about the big picture before voicing such things.  The more we say 'cooked carbs are bad for this this and this reason' the more animals we ultimately send to slaughter because when people fall off the wagon they don't consider them as an option because they've been told they are unhealthy. They go straight back to the meat and dairy heavy diet they came from and only surface to make videos about 'why 811 didn't work for me'. There MUST be a middle ground for people to stand on rather than 'sink or swim'.

We totally agree that cooked carbs aren't optimal (and fruit is) however when people fall off the wagon - where will they get their carbohydrate fuel from if they are not eating fruit? It has to come from somewhere. How long have you been 100% raw? Long term results are what matters. In the perfect world we would all just be eating fruits and greens 100% of the time and maybe one day that will happen...a cooked carb back up plan can definitely help make that a reality.

+Potato Strong  this video is about people who aspire to follow the 801010 raw vegan diet and is not a general attack on the plant based movement...also I think the cooked food diet has enough support already and it is unneccessary to recruit more members to your cause :)
