Hi people. Africa seems to lead the world as regards Mobile Money innovation and uptake. Allow me to use that in a blog post argument for investing more in security of mobile money systems than merely adding smart chips in plastic money systems. More jobs through growing home grown solutions is certainly better than spending more in the importation of plastic cards with chips. I may be wrong, but I could be right
