All three of the employees I spoke with were super friendly and trustworthy. I've dealt with a few other boarding businesses in the area and they were by far the easiest to deal with in my opinion. They also had pretty low rates. Highly recommend.

We took our 90 lb. Labrador mix to Pawsh Pet yesterday for boarding for the first time. The owner, Holly, was great on the phone and very generous when there was an issue with finding our initial reservation. Our pup is in a luxury suite with a webcam which is great because it is very reassuring to be able to see him when we want to check in (we had a horrible experience at our last kennel). The girls up front and in the back are all very nice, the facility is very clean and well-kept and all the employees seem to be very affectionate and loving towards the pets. Our pup has separation anxiety and isn't too great with other dogs and they have been willing to work with him and accommodate his needs so he is comfortable which we appreciated! Definitely highly recommend Pawsh Pets if you are looking for a kennel close to the Disney parks or Orlando area and want to make sure your pet is taken care of!

Our boys have been going to Pawsh Pet since the day it opened and the staff is always amazing and remembers each of them and knows each one's little quirks and favorite treats and where they love to be scratched:) All I have to do is say Holly or Kimmy's name and they get so excited and start running to the door barking and they are just ready to go with or without me:) They have the best time and the people truly care about your animals they play with them and know each one and their favorite things to do! They are very clean and do everything they can to make your pets stay as stress free as possible. Much like any caregiver be sure to let them know of any allergies or fears etc so they can prepare the most comfortable stay for you pet and take along favorite treat or toys to help with any anxiety. GREAT PLACE AND EVEN BETTER PEOPLE!!!!

We have taken our dog, who is part of the family, to Pawsh Pet for a very long time. Everyone there works hard to keep the place looking nice and such a happy environment to keep all their "visitors" calm and enjoying their Resort or Spa stay ;-). When we take our dog she always looks so nice afterwards and they really do a professional job. I would not trust our sweet girl with just anyone but do not hesitate to bring her here

I have been taking my toy poodle to Pawsh Pet's for years for both grooming and boarding. We have always had a wonderful experience. It is comforting for me to know that my dog enjoys going there. Holly and the staff are a wonderful team and I am confident they do everything they can to keep my pet happy and safe. A+++++ service!

I just love this place. My dog, Hera was treated with such respect and gentleness while being groomed and when she was done, came out with red bows on her ears. Too cute. The cost was reasonable and the staff were friendly and caring. The facilities were clean and upscale. I have recommended Pawsh Pets to anyone who has pets.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! This was our first time boarding our golden retriever and we chose Pawsh because of the rave reviews online, photos on their site and amenities. When we went to look at the facility in-person, the lobby looked like it did in the photos, but the rest of the images must have been taken before the place opened. It wasn't "dirty" per say, but it was certainly worn. It was in no way immaculate and "fresh" like they showed it online. The indoor play area and room with the "condos" were very dimly lit, not like in the photos. We looked at the Luxury Suite because that was the only room they had available for the weekend. It was very dark in the room and the flat screen TV was tiny and mounted way up above the door. When I asked about the web cam, the staff member seemed a bit flustered for lack of a better word. I got the impression that it was a hassle for them to set-up and perhaps not something they do very often. I later learned that the room jumps from $45/night to $60/night if you add the camera. Again, the only thing luxurious about this room was the price. Although I was disappointed that Pawsh wasn't as nice in-person as it appeared online, the staff seemed nice and there were no "red flags," so we decided to board our dog that Saturday and Sunday. When we picked him up on Sunday, he was excited to see us as usual. I was surprised that he still looked really clean considering all the outdoor fun I anticipated him having. When I asked the staff if he had fun with the other dogs, I got a confusing, round-about answer. From what I could decipher from their non-direct response, he needs to pass a temperament test before he can play with the group, but he was never given the test because that's something they do during day care sessions during the week. (keep in mind, our dog is a playful, friendly, golden retriever who certainly plays nice with other dogs). I was thoroughly confused by this explanation, but they said he did get outdoor time, it was just by himself. I didn't have the chance to ask more questions because my dog was practically pulling me out the door. When my husband and I got him into the parking lot, he peed in the first grass patch he saw...he peed and peed and peed and was the longest I've ever seen him pee in the 2 years we've had him. It was rather upsetting considering it was already 5pm and he went to the bathroom like he was holding it from the night before, or longer! When we got him home, he hopped out of the car and went to pee in the grass AGAIN (we live 10 minutes away). When he finally got in the house, he went straight for his water bowl and guzzled it down more than he does after a 2 mile run! I was shocked. I even gave him some food because I was starting to question whether or not they actually fed him! Did he go out at all? Did they have water for him? Upsetting doesn't even cover it. Needless to say, after these events, I wont be taking my dog back to Pawsh. I can look passed a less than immaculate facility, but paying people a lot of money to neglect my dog is not happening again.
