Visiting California and decided to give this place a try. Their specialty drink of the day was Horchata, I was looking forward to trying it but they ran out. The chips and salsa were okay. They brought out three variations of salsa ranging from mild to spicy, however all of them were mild. I ordered the Al Pastor Tacos, they seemed authentic and were very delicious.

I found this place decent. Decent food, decent price, decent service. I would stop by after a Giants game but I don't think it's worth going to otherwise.

The margaritas were excellent. The food was very good but I would not give it 5 stars (4.5 maybe). When we got there the place was supposedly fully booked although more than half of the tables were empty. They agreed to give us a table after waiting for 5 minutes. We had dinner and left about 1+ hours later and still half of the tables were not occupied. That did not affect my experience but I thought it was quite odd.

As long as you don't to that place on an afternoon when it happens to have a Giants game, everything will work out fine. Otherwise, expect the place to be full until games start. Standard Mexican food and good vibe. Spacious inside so good for groups l.

I like this place because it's one of the best mexican restaurants (not just taco shops) in the city. The carnitas are very good. Sometimes the chunks have too much fat in them and it would be nice if they were more on the meatier side. Nice selection of tequila and mezcal and cocktails made of these. Sangria and micheladas are good. The flan is also very good, not too sweet but nice. I always try to bring people who are not very familiar with mexican food to this place and they are very pleased.

Only went to the bar - biggest range of margarita types I've ever seen - wait staff were polite, forgot our order once but recovered well. - was relatively quiet when we were there - looks like there is/was an outside seating area, but the lights are off and there are parked cars out there. - Would go there again

The tacos are pretty tasty. The salsa was ok though.
