My service was Awesome! Kelly ROCKED it. She is funny, knowledgeable and down to earth all while maintaining a high level of professionalism. I received a call BEFORE my wine was delivered to guarantee address and the day of delivery. I will book PRP again. My sister's and I enjoyed learning about the company and how each wine came to life. For those of you who did not have this experience ask for Kelly!!!

Went to a wine-tasting party hosted by someone from PRP Wine, and the consultant did a fine job explaining all the wines and how to taste. My issues began after the order process. I ordered 3 bottles of wine not knowing I had to be home to receive delivery. I found that out when they called to confirm my payment and OK, I scheduled the delivery for a day and took a day of vacation. I waited...and waited and waited..nothing. No delivery. Then called and got voicemail and left a message. No call backs the next day (or wine delivery)..or the next. Left messages each day and finally did get someone to call me back who seemed to have no idea how my order was shipped and at first said it would not be delivered to my house, as I had been told, but to the hostess' house. Then called back after researching and said it had been shipped and asked if I'd seen any delivery notices. I said no, asked for a cancellation of the order, and after being told it could be done, kept getting told someone would call me back. No one ever did. Finally disputed the charge on my credit card and they refunded my costs and then filed a complaint with the BBB. THus far, PRP Wines has not responded to the BBB complaint. So my suggestion is be careful of the customer service. Wines tasted fine, but IMHO, the customer service is quite lacking in this company.

What a pleasure it is to do business with PRP! My wife and I feel so very fortunate that we discovered PRP several years ago. We love to order by the case, and every shipment to us has been fast and accurate, with the bottles well protected. The staff has always been most friendly and helpful, and they make us feel appreciated every time we call to order wines. It truly is a company that stands out in the crowd, in terms of service provided and the availability of a wide variety of exceptionally fine wines at great prices.

AWESOME! To celebrate a friend's birthday, we did a wine tasting followed by an Italian themed dinner. Virginia Frazier from PRP did the tasting. She was fantastic. Knowing of our dinner plans, she coordinated the tasting selections to pair nicely with our dinner afterwards. She also helped educate us a bit on wine in general as well as on the individual wines we were tasting. It was a great experience!

I have been trying to get in touch with a person from this company for a long time now to schedule a wine tasting. I've called pretty much all of the numbers on the website and also dialed random extensions to set up a wine tasting and this company is just not responding. The only person I can get a response from is in a completely different location and is unable to do the wine tasting himself for me. He can't even get anyone from his own company to call me back. I've done a few tastings in the past and attended warehouse events and my consultant just recently left, so if you need a new consultant don't even bother. They won't return your messages or calls and their phone systems seem to go nowhere. I even called the 1-800 number for this company during operating hours listed on the website and it says their office was closed. What a nuisance.Find a more reliable and professional company to do your tasting.

Virginia Frazier was our representative at a recent wine tasting that we provided for 20 people. She arrived before our guests to explain how the evening would flow. She was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the wines she was presenting. I particularly appreciated that there was no pressure to make a purchase. Everyone enjoyed the evening and we have been enjoying our wine as well.

Damon was my consultant and was very unprofessional and behaved inappropriately throughout the evening. On the day of the scheduled event, Damon called me twice to see about cancelling it due to the rain or changing the time to earlier in the day. I informed him that the rain wouldn’t be a problem and there was no way I could call all of my 10 guests 4 hours before the event to see if they could come earlier; especially since I had sent invitations in advance and received confirmations of attendance. He arrived to my place already drunk and started rambling about all of his personal business concerning his mom, pregnant girlfriend, and sister in law. He wanted to know if the party consisted of only females because they had to ask their husbands for money. I informed him that I did not think the gender of the party should be relevant when booking an event. He also asked what time he could leave the party and that I should know that he has a life. After going back and forth he requested a shot of Patron and to smoke a cigarette. During the wine presentation Damon was condescending, inpatient, and really rude to my guests. First he stated that if my guests couldn’t afford a case of wine we could all go in together on it. Secondly when a guest would ask a question about a wine he would either totally disregard the question or tell her she needs to listen the next time. I will not recommend nor purchase wine from this company.
