Spring Street Natural was founded in 1973 when terms such as “farm to table”, “locavore,” “organic” and “Paleo” were virtually unheard of in relation to food and dining. While these eating philosophies were not the widespread movements they’ve become today, they have been our inspiration for more than 42 years.
Simply named “Spring Street” for where we were located and “Natural” for our philosophy which from the beginning has been to serve whole natural foods that are minimally processed.
Wherever possible we produce our items in house from fresh natural ingredients and employ traditional preparation methods to enhance the healthful quality and natural flavor of our food. We have evolved our cuisine over the years to include high quality proteins such as fresh fish, free roaming poultry and select organic meats to go along with the best quality grains, beans and produce. All our preparations are bound by one unyielding mission – to serve healthy, carefully sourced and delicious food.
