I was sorry to hear about you and your boyfriend's experience with us, Kendall. What's more discouraging is that you felt like no one cared to take your order or listen to your concerns. I assure you, I take the satisfaction of our guests very seriously, and I appreciate you bringing this instance to my attention. It sounds like there was initially some miscommunication about who was assigned to your table, and while I'm glad a server graciously stepped in and took care of you, I apologize for the confusion and any inconvenience this caused you.
