I terminated my Comcast Triple Play services on 6/3/14 due to a huge increase in my monthly charge and also because I could not get Tennis Channel Everywhere and other channels on my other devices through Comcast. I receive a bill with a statement with a significant credit balance on 6/12/14 which explained that my refund would be automatically sent to me within 4-6 weeks. I first called on 8/8/14 when my refund had not been received for over 8 weeks and assured that my refund would be received. I called back 8/14 when no check had been received and an escalation report was issued and I was assured that someone would call me in 24- 48 hours. No one called. I called again 8/22 and was told that my check would be processed and I would receive my refund in 7-10 business days. We will see. For Comcast, who has no problem charging a late fee if you are late a few days in paying your bill, why can they take over three months and three phone calls to refund my money? Also, every step of the way when I said that I quit Comcast because of the cost, they offered to negotiate lower monthly fees to keep me as a customer. How is this fair to the poor schmuck who just accepts the huge increase in fees and keeps paying. Also, do not chat on-line with them. Those operators can't DO anything and whatever they tell you will be contradicted when you get a local American on the phone. The commercials are true - Comcast has the worst customer service!!

In May 2014, I contracted with America's Dreams Done Right [A.D.D.R.] for leaf removal in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Although many bags of leaves were collected, ten [10] large bags of leaves remain on my property. This company will no longer take my telephone calls and will not accept responsibility for this job not being completed.

I have a problem which requires professional help . About 2 weeks ago irecieved a call from the supervisor of winners choice publishers , her name is Bobby Hartman she told me that i won a sum of 25,000 dollars or i can choose a chevy equanox i said to send the money she then told me that they have some magazines for sale and history books i choose the history books , she then had abrief talk about the payment and she agree to send my books in 5 to7 business days . Ms Bobby Hartman also said to me that she will also send a 600 dollars check with the books after she receive the payment for the books which she did . Now i am stock ,her company took money from my bank account which resulted in an overdraft of 84,00 and i have not yet received my history books . I was given a number from her which is w.c .t 61 5 9 but no claim number . My name is Desmond Cort i reside at 2901 stone place Newark Delaware zip 19702.
