Some weeks ago we announced the Beta of our new Analytics section. It has passed successfully and since last weekend we've equipped all customers with a Corporate product and higher with this new premium feature. The Analytics section provides numerical insights into the performance and opportunities of your chat service and can be used to optimise your chat setup.

Modern customer service is a much different animal than it was in the past. Now we have several channels of communication whilst once it was just phone and letter. This gives us an unprecedented opportunity to really connect with customers though and to really get brand messages across. All this helps ensure that customers are kept happy.

Last Summer i gave my old Macbook Pro 15″, Late 2011 with 8GB and 160GB SSD to one of my team members at Userlike, since i got a Retina upgrade. I think the old one was still decent, since the SSD gave it that boost to make it usable, even if the laptop was 2 years old at that time.
