The food speaks for itself, everything was delicious! Prices are very very fair. The best part of the experience was the amazing service, way to put an outstanding team together. Not only do they have the kitchen covered, our server, Alfredo, was one of the best servers we've ever had and we are hardass cut throat customers. He went above and beyond, made appropriate conversation, offered meal suggestions, and even provided samples of another entree before we left. We are absolutely coming back in hopes of having the same wonderful experience we had tonight. I wish Alfredo offered workshops for other servers. I would be broke from tipping, but I would never find myself complaining. Keep up the great job! Thank you very much!

The food was great. The issue I have is that my husband and I are mixed couple, we were seated in bar area with 2 other mixed couples and before we left yet another mixed couple seated in bar area. All white couples were seated in dining area. This day in age we shouldn't have to deal with segregation! !

This is the first time I've written a review. I moved to the Springs about 2 months ago. Because I didn't know anybody here and didn't know my way around, I Googled the area restaurants and for the first time ever I read some of the reviews. Guess I don't understand why people take the time to write negative restaurant reviews. If they felt their food and/or their service was not up to their standards, why didn't they ask to see the manager and resolve the matter then and there instead waiting until they got home, and sitting down at their computers? Have always liked Carrabba's and have visited the location on Campus Drive 5-6 times already. Usually I'm alone and most often I eat at the bar. Allison, Chuck, Brendon and all the other bartenders have been great and the good food has matched the quality service. My second visit, Harry the manager, remembered me for some reason and came over to introduce himself. Each time I've returned, Harry's made a point of coming by the say hello. That's a nice touch that I don't often see at the other places I frequent. Sean is the same way. During my last visit, Sam dropped by to introduce himself and we had a nice conversation. He was so friendly I was tempted to order dessert. Great food, great service, friendly atmosphere. I'll be a Carrabba's customer for a long time, and now that I'm gotten to know some people, I'll bring them with me.

Summary: Tasty food, but not a large enough portion for the money you pay + service could have been better. Details: I love chicken parmesan, and theirs tastes really good, but I am used to getting a large piece of chicken on top of a large bed of pasta, for a reasonable price. This was 2 small pieces of chicken, on no pasta, for the price of a low-end steak. Chicken and pasta are both inexpensive and I think they charge a little too much for a simple and inexpensive to make italian food. We didn't have the best service, they forgot to bring me water until I asked a 3rd time, and I ordered a carafe size of my wine selection and was only brought a small glass (based on the price they are pretty stingy with the wine too!). We had a pretty large group, so I understand to some extent, but the service could have been better, especially since it wasn't very crowded otherwise on the Tuesday night we went there.

Food is marvelous! Every bite was like heaven! Service was exceptional too! Right when you come in you are greeted by kindness as you get seated at a table. They offer you bread and what drinks you want! Defenitly going here again!

This is Dr Duane Martin here in Colorado Springs. Since I live up North I go to the Carabbas on Campus Drive at Woodmen and i-25. Carrabas is my most favorite restaurant ever and I am 62 years old and have traveled around the world I love eating at fine dining restaurants. I can't imagine any negative reports that I have seen regarding them. I guess it just shows that you can't please everybody. I love their chicken marsala with Fettuccine Alfredo with their minestrone soup. I have encouraged my family and many others to try out Carabbas wherever they live and have taken them when I visit to show off my taste in fine dining. I have always been treated great at Carabbas and always like to share my Italian jokes with a Mgr. if there were a 10 star rating I would gladly give them that. Only one thing I would recommend to them is to tone down the salt in their Marsala Sauce and I have done a great deal to advise them of that. Rev. Dr. Duane A Martin DD
