Man, I wish I could go to this. If we hadn't extended our lease, maybe it would be an option.

Does this home include a growing space?

As a resource to anyone who wants to post anything at all about Earthships including designs, drawings, ideas, pictures, projects, land issues, codes, contractors and so on. we have built the first Earthship Global Forum.
http://earthshipglobalforum.forumotion.com/
The site is brand new and has zero content. We need Users to post content! I will be adding to it as much as I can.

Earthship people need a place to connect, share and store information and projects.
Please help us make this a reality by spreading the word.
Free forum : A place for Earthship enthusiasts to meet, network and share.

Glass jars and bottles also fit the bill quite nicely, with the added benefit (in some cases) of light transmission.

From one of our students commenting on our last training class.

"Presenter was articulate and well versed in the subject and was not teaching from notes, but from experience. The subject matter was thought provoking and seemed to be doable with easily learned skills. The class was open and had opportunity for easy exchange of ideas."

Our Earthship/Monolithic dome home.
Sustainable Biotechture Home, 1250 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, with all systems included. We'll be building a brand new Biotechture design which uses a dome structure. Domes are rated by FEMA as earthquake, hurricane, tornado, and fire resistant. This design is far superior to the older designs which included vigas to support the roof. It is also more cost effective.

Introduction
Biotechture Training

We are a non-profit organization.
Our mission is to teach, as many people as are willing to learn, how to live sustainably. To build off-grid homes that provide for all human needs, because no one should have to pay a cost just for living.

Biotechture Training offers courses in building off-grid houses and systems that provide for all basic human needs: shelter, food, water, power. Using technologies and resources available today that integrate humans back into nature.
