+Ashley Verrill's research should be an eye-opener for businesses.  It seems companies talk about social #customerservice, but most don't seem to be executing on it.  If they don't, their competitors will, and then they will be playing "catch up."
Customers want customer service wherever they are -- whatever the channel. But many businesses still don't get social media for customer service.
