+Ashley Verrill's research should be an eye-opener for businesses.  It seems companies talk about social #customerservice, but most don't seem to be executing on it.  If they don't, their competitors will, and then they will be playing "catch up."

Thanks for your comments Charlie! That was definitely what I intended to communicate with this post: there are many factors that influence the customer experience, so you should find out which most impact the customer's decision to buy, and zero in on tactics that improve those factors.
