- It's a shame, that only current military or retired, you know the people who were not injured are only allowed a discount. Fire and law as well. But let's just totally forget about the ones who fought for this country and came back injured. NO they don't get a discount. Their lives are ruined, but hey. The retirees who get full pension, who can AFFORD it. Wow, just shameful! Oh, and they don't get a salute? Just a kick in the butt, crippled, damaged mentally physically unable to work. NO solute for them? I am so impressed with this company. Well I SALUTE YOU. The HEROS are the one's who were freaking also in the war, and injured for it. What are they? Thrown in the gutter? You must be proud of you company. I however, the spouse and caregiver, am insulted beyond words!Feb 8, 2014
- Wilma, first of all, thank you for leaving feedback on our page. I would like some more information regarding your feedback. If possible, is there any way we can talk so I can get a clear understanding of your situation. I did speak with other source regarding injured vets, and from what I am told they can get the discount as long as they have a ID of some sort that shows they served. If you were not given this discount or know someone I would like to get some more details.
Our military is our pride and joy of this country. As little recognition as they get, they do deserve a lot more. That is one reason we offer this discount, it is a way to extend our gratitude for their commitment and hard work. IFeb 12, 2014
- So I guess Cricket doesn't offer discount to Marines like myself that are not active but reserve.Sep 5, 2014
- : I am in the National Guard, which is also a reserve force, but still considered a member of the military for the purposes of discounts like this. I'm considering switching away from T-mobile specifically because this discount is available without a contract.
You still have a valid CAC card, correct? If so, I think you should be eligible.Sep 12, 2014
