Excellent teaching in the skills of Helio Gracie, as passed down to the Valente school of self defence. The instructor, Christopher Charalambous, is exceptionally knowledgeable and very patient with his students. I returned to jiu-jitsu after a period of illness and could not have been happier with the calm instruction and dedication to the syllabus. Honestly, I cannot recommend this more.

I am very happy to have found such a good jiu jitsu school in Chesterfield. Christopher & Nicholas are both very skilled and very patient. They break each technique down into very tiny steps and what seems to be a hugely complicated move becomes suddenly simple. I am a fifty year-old woman and feel very welcome at the dojo and despite my lack of fitness after a five-year illness have felt nothing but encouragement. I trust them completely.
