Been here a couple of times. Once just for drinks in the middle of a Saturday which had a fun crowd. People playing board games and the bartenders were fun and engaging. Went another Sunday night for stand up with Hannibal Buress. Can't complain about a free show and although it was packed, the bartenders still knew what they were doing and service was great.

I was here for Hannibal Buress's Sunday night comedy showcase. The drinks were reasonably priced but be warned there's a $10 card limit. The comedy show was free and I got to see really funny people. Since Hannibal worked on SNL for so long he has lots of funny friends that drop in. On my visit I saw Moshe Kasher and Natasha Leggero.

Great selection of beers on offer, even from the pop-up stand they use in the back during shows.

This is actually a pretty great space to see a band. I believe it only holds a couple of hundred people, which makes it great for seeing your favorite bands pretty much face to face. There's a nice selection of beer and the crowd is usually okay, though sliding toward the unhip. If you sit in the bar you can watch the antics through soundproof glass, and though you won't hear the performance you'll save yourself the (usually perfectly reasonable) cover charge.

Free stand-up on Sun nights is unpredictable in quality/tastefulness but generally very funny. Be sure to arrive early (like 7 pm) if you actually want to sit (there's only 8-10 chairs). Otherwise, most people just stand for the show. Beer is decently priced, though on the night we were there, all taps were down and they wouldn't give me a glass for my bottled beer.
