Wow! 40 lbs. That's amazing! Having lived on fast food for most of my life, I get cravings for it every now and then. Sometimes I eat Taco Bell bean burritos, no cheese, add rice for a quick meal. I also had a Subway sub loaded with veggies on plain Italian bread the other day. Sarachi and a little vegan mayo made it even more delicious. I'm still transitioning to a whole foods plant-based diet myself so some processed vegan foods and eating-out tricks come in handy, but I want to reduce them as I progress.
