Harvard Medical School (HMS) student papers have reached an impressive milestone in DASH: 30,000 downloads in three years!

One graduate's commentary on the impact her thesis has had on her early career highlights one of the many benefits of open access: "Now other people are starting to refer to my thesis research in the broader academic literature and are starting to extend my ideas into other arenas and this is very exciting to see."
