CWIP March 18 Program: Book Promotion Deep Dive: Book Promotions that Work!

Join CWIP for our March program about promoting books in the 21st century—given by Paula Krapf, a marketing, social media, digital content and PR consultant/strategist. Perhaps you have published a book, or want to, or want to help those who publish books, and you’re looking for the inside scoop on the wide world of book promotion. You’ve studied up on social media. You’re not afraid to market yourself. But you know there’s more out there at your fingertips than Twitter and Facebook.

If you aren’t sure whether you should go with Kindle Direct Publishing or Kindle Unlimited, or if you can’t figure out the secrets to finding the right Kindle keywords, this event will help you understand how Amazon’s algorithms work so you can harness more exposure, reviews, and sales for your book. We’ll also break down Goodreads, a social network with more than 30 million members, so you can get the most out of its author program, giveaways, author Q&As, and more!

Wednesday, March 18, 6:00 to 8:30 p.m.

Second floor conference room in the Four40 Building, 440 S. LaSalle St., Chicago, IL 60603
