All you fine folk goin on 'bout dancin - ha! If you want to sit down and listen well thats just fine but we all know that artists want folk to git up and shake their legs while they perform. So if you have a problem with people I suggest you don't go to live shows. Stay home, and sit down in your living room and play with yourself.

Want a glass of wine? Well hold on a minute or two or five. You'll need to listen to an employee of Della Viti give you a tutorial. You will also have set up an account which includes giving Della Viti your name and phone number. You will then get a purchase card which by the way must be returned before you leave. While sitting at the bar yesterday I witnessed an employee, i call him an employee because he is not a bartender or a vintner, I saw two attractive women come in and give their name and phone number to the employee before they could get a night out started. The employee gave the two the info like a machine or telemarketer. I was waiting for him to explain how hold the glass and put it to their lips. Additionally he was no help when it came to the beer which was available. When I asked do you have a wheat beer he said he knew nothing about beer. I settled for a Blonde Fatale which was poured poorly and had no head. My wife's Captain and Coke was a disgrace of mixology and so weak with Captain it was indistinguishable. Two good reasons why my wife and I will not return. Back to the women. All they wanted was a glass or two of wine. Instead they had to provide personal information which anyone in earshot could ascertain. I hope you had a great evening in Des Moines Chelsea & Erica #319-xxx-xxxx & 515-xxx-xxxx. I don't see how this place stays in business.

After a long travel day my wife and stopped in for late lunch. It was our first visit to Ludwig's. After speaking to some regulars on the way in they recommended the snapper soup. We sat in the bar area and were greeted promptly by the bartender with a smile as she told us about the daily specials. I ordered the snapper soup and oyster sandwich. My wife had the turkey club sandwich-the special of the day. The snapper soup was excellent. It was creamy, rich and warmed me up on a cool day. A draw of Yuengling was the perfect sidekick to the soup. My wife's club was big, great looking and satisfying. The oysters were fried perfectly and the black garlic aioli was fabulous on the sandwich. The interior of Ludwig's was pleasant, clean and the maritime decor had the feel of being right on the water. I think we found our spot when we are in the area. Keep up the good work Ludwig's!

First all I am a Central Iowa wing connoisseur. I went for cold beer and wings. The service was polite and timely. Beer was ice cold and fresh from the tap. Atmosphere was pleasant and clean. Lot of TV's and cute girls. However my wings were below average. I got the Red Hot style. When they arrived they looked good enough. Fried and not too wet with sauce. They had no zip what so ever. The chicken meat itself was unappealing. Chewy. Tasted like an old dish clothe. The blue cheese was very bland. So there you have it. If you are in the Central Iowa area and are looking for wings and beers I suggest Smokey D's on 2nd Ave, Gerri's on E 30th St, Court Ave Brewery Downtown or Jethro's Drake location. Steer clear of TP's for wings. They need a make over.

The best BBQ in Iowa. Period. Not only do the owners know how to win major BBQ contests around the country, they can serve hundreds of customers daily with consistently superb Q. Staff is spot on and the beer is ice cold. Not overpriced. I love the wing and rib basket for lunch for $9.99. You'll need a nap when you return to work. Burnt ends are fabulous. When ordering the nachos you only need a half order unless theres a table of four. It is a mountain of goodness. Great atmosphere and totally family friendly. Bar area has at least fifteen HD tv's with the NFL ticket on Sunday. If you are on I80 traveling through Central Iowa make time to stop. If your from Central Iowa, git there. Again and again I go back and am never disappointed. 5 big stars!

I don't know what the hype is all about. It was very slow in restaurant and the service was average. Four of us went in today and all of our fried food was over done. It all tasted like the fryer grease hadn't been changed in months. The chicken po-boy which is supposed to spicy was flavorless. The fried fish was really fishy and had a bad after taste. All fried items were dried out after being overcooked. The potato salad had no pep. Not worth a visit from me again.

No stars if I could. Employees tell you whatever they need to make the sale. Later you discover on your monthly statement the plan isn't what they told you. Call Sprint customer service they tell you that's the way it is. Go to another store they tell you something completely different. Typical cell phone run around is found at this store.

I have been in this store 3 times and have had a poor experience everytime. All I want is accessories and have walked out all three times due to no employee available. I waited on average 15-20 minutes per visit. They need one employee to run a cash register. Not four employees trying to diagnose a smart phone ap.
