I haven't had a meal here I didn't like yet. John is an especially good waiter. I had another waitress who wasn't as good but the food was worth it. I will derfinately return and give it thumbs up to anyone who asks.

It was Mother's Day, the whole family wanted Red Robin, party of 8. A Red robin gourmet burger had more red onion on it than the lettuce and tomato combined. Almost a half inch layer of onion. Enough to divide between three people. The second burger, Blue Ribbon, I had asked for mustard on it. A dime size spot of mustard was found on the paper wrap and not in the burger. The third burger was a Red Tavern Double, with Buffalo wing style. That burger came with three spots of blue cheese and not a hint of buffalo sauce. Additionally that burger was the furthest from looking like the picture of it in the menu. The waitress gave us the check before our second round of ice tea. The sweet ice tea was the only thing that I found pleasant. I was shocked that the restroom had a broken soap dispencer, laying on the wash basin along with a gigantic roll of paper towels sitting on a wet counter soaking up whatever liquid, so I had to use my pants to dry my hands. When your on a very nice part of town at the Rim, this was totally unexpected. It kind of took the "Gourmet" out of burger. My mom was apologizing for picking this place on Mother's Day.

My family and I ate at Red Robin near Fiesta Texas. We ordered onion rings and chicken wings as appetizers, they were ok but nothing special. We ordered mushroom burgers that were ok but again nothing special, taste like any other "chain" burgers. Just didn't feel like I got my money's worth with this place. Chili's has better burgers if you ask me.

Food was not so good - service was awful! My car and trailer got stolen from the parking lot on my way home from being on vacation - there is no security and no cameras and apparently lots of cars are stolen here - they won't see me again!

The food was great. More than enough food for the price. The service was fantastic. I had a wonderful time here. My only complaint was that they used shredded lettuce instead of leaf lettuce. But for that being the only complaint, I think that's pretty good.

Food is not worth all for the price they ask. We ordered 2 burgers and they came damn late and also they were cold and with little or no taste that we expected from gourmet burgers. We also asked for whole wheat bun but they gave us regular bun. I strongly recommend to avoid this place.
