Tiny spot for hefty plates of American fare, popular for weekend brunch (dinner served most nights).- Google
"...French Toast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, Cookie Dough Pancakes."

Huge portions ! My husband thought ordering oatmeal & an egg/cheese bagel would be just right. I ordered the salmon omlette. I swear they use 5 eggs as a "serving". We could have just as easily ordered just my meal. The mimosas we great! Our server was swamped she was being bartender, server & busboy, however she didn't skip a beat & was pleasant!

Do you like brunch? do you like fun infusions of your brunch food? Go here. No seriously, go here. The wait on weekends can be a little much but the nutella french toast sticks are more than worth it. Honestly, it feels like you're eating right in someones living room as does much of the North End but the food is unique, flavorful, and filling. They have a whole page just Eggs Benedict - lobster, pulled pork, crab cake. You name it the North Street Grille has it and you should try it. If staying for lunch or dinner the food starts to fall a little flat but is saved by great service and knock you out Adult Milkshakes. We love coming here and having a nice, albiet fast paced, brunch.

I went here for brunch with my wife. It was a beautiful day out so we sat in the patio area. It's a cool little place. I ordered a bloody Mary ($10 a glass) and my wife ordered a chocolate milk ($4 a glass). While we waited for our food the served us some delicious banana bread. My wife ordered the cookie dough pancakes, they arrived at the table first. They looked delicious and according to her they were. I ordered the North End Omelet, it came out about 5-10 minutes after my wife's pancakes. My omelet was delicious and the potatoes were great too. The lobster taste was very good, it was very pricey at $20. If it wasn't for the price I would have given it 5 stars.

Came for an evening meal, great food and drinks, and really good, friendly service despite the staff member being rushed off her feet! Very welcoming, highly recommended.

Burguers were huge and incredibbly good. Quiet and small american restaurant, somehow romantic. Had an IPA along with the burguer, which enhances the experience.

Solid brunch spot in the North End. We ate at the bar to avoid the wait on a Sunday early in the afternoon. They had several TV's so we were able to watch some Sunday football. The bartender was fine although she seemed a little scattered at times with simple items like napkins and silverware Lobster Eggs Benedict - Subs out the ham for delicious chunks of lobster. A must get item if you like lobster. A generous portion too. Benedict in Bed - It's like Eggs Benedict had a baby with French Toast. It was good but I prefer the traditional version, nice novelty take on a breakfast classic. Nutella & Banana Sliders - A fan of both nutella and bananas I found these to be just Ok. It is exactly as described on a semi warm croissant. I would pass on this unless you really love Nutella.

North Street Grill I stumbled upon with my boyfriend when we were hosting friends from out of town. Our original plan fell through so we thought to try this place. We could not have been happier with our experience. The menu was impressively large with a wide variety of options that were all at very reasonable prices. This is the place I bring anyone that comes into Boston for the weekend for Brunch.
