My father and I went to Golf Mill Ford several months ago to purchase new vehicles. Both of us ended up purchasing Ford Fusions, with my father buying a slighly used 2011 model. The salesman we dealt with throughout the day was fantastic and was very helpful walking us through the different vehicles, allowing for multiple test drives, and covering the different financing options available to each of us. My experience soured when it came time to actually purchase the vehicle itself. We had been quoted a specific price for a specific vehile over email, and when it came time to purchase said vehile the dealership claimed that they had improperly referenced the wrong VIN number and were therefore unable to offer us the car at that price. Eventually a suitable final cost was agreed upon and I felt safe to chalk up the experience to an honest mistake. However when my father went to purchase his vehicle, they ran into the same problem. Evidently they had logged the purhcase price of that vehicle incorrectly as well and needed to re-price a quote they had originally given again. At the end of the day the deals we ended up receiving were agressive, although not what had been originally discussed. During finanicing we were handed off to a different party who did everything in his power to try and tack on an additional cost at every turn. From long term warranties, to service plans, to cash-back in exchange for a higher interest rate there wasn't a single avenue that wasn't explored. I understand that this component is part of the car buying process, but I didn't appreciate the hard and pushy sale after our experience with the actual salesman had been first-rate. Finally, as the car my father purchased was used, the dealer only had one set of keys to give him. They assured us that they'd order a replacement set and mail it to him so that we had the necessary 2 keyless entry fobs. 9 months later (and counting), after a trip to the dealer and multiple calls to management he still does not have a replacement key. 1 Star because I have loved Ford's my entire life, and 1 star for the superior service of our salesman = 2 total stars. The next Ford I buy probably won't be at Golf Mill.

I don't usually leave reviews for any business or service, but in the case of Bryan Kelly I felt compelled to share the 5-start experience that I had. My wife and I worked with Bryan multiple times over the previous few years both to secure our very first mortgage and then to complete a refinancing a year or two later. Throughout both experiences Bryan was nothing short of exceptional. Being first time homebuyers what we appreciated most was Bryan's thorough coverage of every possible option available to us; complete with charts and graphs to illustrate the long and short term differences. Through all of our interactions, Bryan's has gone above and beyond to explain the intracisies of the loans, walk us through the different costs/risks, navigate the mutliple options available and most importantly, armed us with the information and understanding we needed to feel secure in the decisions we were making. Bryan has been such an instrumental help that I have sinceforth recommended him to 4 separate friends and collegues for their mortgage or refinancing goals; every single one of them had nothing but glowing reports about their experience as well. I have wholeheartdly recommended Bryan multiple times previously and will continue to do so to anyone in the future.
