Despite looking pretty shabby on the outside was actually a very pleasant experience. Took my very first pet for a steroid injection she needs and to get registered and set up. The girl on the counter was obviously rushed off her feet, people kept coming in and the phone was ringing almost constantly, but she still was friendly and efficient. They were great with my cat and helped explain everything to me about the necessaries animal care (boosters/de-fleaing etc very well). Would recommend.

Basically I phoned here on a sunday as my cat was seriously ill, so as you would expect I was desperate. I was told it was £96, yes £96, just for my cat to be seen, which I would have to pay on the spot. Then the cost of any treatment would be added on also, which I would be advised how much then expected to pay at the time also. I asked why it was so expensive, she said it was a sunday, I do not believe that just because it was a sunday they can justify charging so much, it is pure greed because they can get away with it and do! That is nearly £100 for about a 5 minute examination!!! No wonder this practice can afford to have so many surgeries.

Had a complaint to this vet's about their service and the manager was really rude and very unhelpful. We'd had our cat vaccinated in order to put her into a cattery for our holidays. The receptionist refused to give us the certificate which meant we couldn't book her into the cattery. Had to then drive back 100 miles from our holiday on the Monday to demand the certificate from the vet, which completely ruined our holiday. Having read previous two reviews as well I would definitely NOT recommend using this vet practice. Really very disappointing.

I took my cat here for an operation to remove a tumour. The operation was over £500. My cat then needed the correct medication immediately after for the operation for it to be successful. This medication wasn't provided by the clinic until it was too late (about 10 days later) - hence the operation, the cost and the added suffering for my cat was a complete waste.
